Best cell phone store in Douglasville, Georgia (GA) 2024

My husband was recently admitted to the hospital and his phone was damaged beyond repair. The nature of my need for technology while in crisis required a significant level of sensitivity and pragmatic approach. On 7/12/22 at 1pm, I came the right place! The gentleman at this AT&T location were INCREDIBLE! They were able to quickly upgrade his phone, provided a new Otter Box, and suggested ways to maintain the functionality of the new phone. In addition, the overall store experience was delightful! The store was clean, the music was upbeat, and there was plenty of technology/ accessory options. I am so pleased with my experience, level of professionalism from the associates, and fun during my last visit. THANK YOU! ~GeLynn

If you call, prepare to not have the best service. Sometimes they're nice but others, depending on who answers, they seem bothered by answering the phone. In store service is a lot better. They're helpful and answer questions when they can. ~Randi

Customer service is key in which we don't find these days. I came into the store frustrated with another store and received the best customer service in a long time. Mark, the Manager, was patient and took time to explain the options that I had when selecting a new phone and a plan. JT, his associate, is very cool too. It is great speaking with someone who understands your needs and concerns. Kudos to you, Mark! I hope Sprint /T-Mobile recognizes your hard work and dedication for delivering customer service excellence. I appreciate all that you did throughout the process. Love ❤ Love ❤ Love ❤ MetroPCS in Douglasville all staff is informative knowledgeable and personable they always help me with any and all questions and concerns regarding my cell phone and or plan and my bill I don't go to any other store. And oh yes, Sam, the manager, is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. So, as long as Sam is there I will be going to this Metro!!! ~Denise
