Ashlee was great! Super sweet and helpful. Her manager got so sassy at her for no reason right in front of customers. Ashlee still was so nice though. I put 4 stars ONLY because of Ashlee.

BUYER BEWARE!! DSW uses a 3rd party company called The Retail Equation that tracks your returns and will ban you from returning purchases WITH NO WARNING. If you shop a lot online like I do - do not shop at DSW or you will be stuck with whatever you order. Lesson learned from trying to save a buck. Also, this location has awful customer service. Nobody knows what's going on in the store.

I went exchange a pair of shoes for my 3 years old daughter, It was a birthday gift from my sis, out of state. The cashier took the shoes and started typing on the register while I was telling her that I need a gift card to get the same shoes but a little biger and send picture of my baby with the shoes and at the end she just return everything to the card of my sister instead of just giving me a gift card. Please be careful, the associated of this store, they just don't care about customers. Something so simple, listen to the customer.

Great shopping experience. Great finds and low prices. Clean store and spacious. I was especially pleased with the customer service of the cashier Savanna. She is extremely polite and knowledgeable, she helped me above and beyond towards guiding me on the website as well as that she helped me with my whole transaction and it was a great experience kudos to her. Would definitely come to this location with employees like her.

Stopped by last week to buy a pair of dress shoes for my friends upcoming wedding. The shoes needed to be ordered which was fine but I wanted to use a $10 off coupon that would be coming to my email at some point. I spoke to the manager and she told me to bring the shoes back once they arrived and they would apply the coupon. Well I brought the shoes back today and Alexa was so helpful in making sure the coupon was applied so I could receive money back. Thank you for your great customer service Alexa!
