I ordered through store employee Maria a pair of shoes last Thursday and received the shoes on Friday, the following day. They were even laced up with the special shoe laces that I ordered (the originals were placed in the box). Additionally, the in-store price was exactly the same as the online price. Kudos.

Very kind patient and knowledgeable staff here. We were having a hard time finding shoes to fit my kids new AFO leg brace. The staff is trained for anything including fitting for orthotics. We left with shoes on her feet fitting perfectly! So grateful for the dedicated staff and their ability to find the right shoe. If you have special needs for your feet come here first!

I wonder if this store has recently changed ownership? Generally we go in, they often don't have what we need, they order it for us and no big deal. This time, we went in, picked out a shoe, like usual, they dont have it. No offer to order it, this time she simply said "they don't make it in 2E, here's the only 2E we have" I asked about getting it ordered, and again she said they don't make it in 2E. We went to the Westshore location and purchased it there, in 2E.

Great place to get sneakers when they have a sidewalk sale. If you have some problems turning over on your heals they also carry sneakers with roll bars in the heal. They also carry SAS shoes that are great, but on the pricier side.

The customer service here is amazing. They have a great selection of supportive, cute shoes in brands like Dansko, Sas, Naot, etc. They sell quality products and stand behind them, which I know from personal experience with a defective shoe they made right!

I went to buy new shoes at this location in October. They had a $20 off special, so I figured I would buy it at the store rather than online like I usually do. The pair that the store had was defective (the tongue was majorly crooked). They ordered another pair and I waited for that one. It was also defective (this one had a sharp edge in the tongue that irritated my foot just with trying it on). Apparently New Balance has a quality control issue. I gave them one last try and asked them to order another pair and I waited yet again. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Judith) who was rude, unprofessional, and crass. She said she was not going to order another pair just because I don't like them!! What?? Where's the customer service and professionalism? I was a beyond patient customer. Then she said that the Westshore store has a pair and they will do a transfer for me. I go to pick them up and this woman (who I thought was a customer) rudely cut in front of me and rushed through the door before me. She didn't even politely hold the door. I then found out that it was Judith the manager late to work!! The shoes from Westshore were the quality that I'm used to with New Balance. I go to purchase the shoes and Judith said she would not honor the $20 off coupon because it was only through October. What a complete WASTE of my time. Why should I be penalized for wanting a quality pair of $125 shoes? I asked Judith for the phone number of her boss and she REFUSED to tell me. I told her she cannot refuse to tell me the number and she said "you're not getting it" and shoo me away with her hand. I bought three pair of shoes at this store in the past and it was a great experience. I will purchase online every time for now on.
