First time here in a long time and they redid the entire store with more signs, some may complain that they always are getting lost or narrower pathways but i think that they just have to get used to the layout. And now they actually have staff, before you had to spend 10 minutes looking for an employee but now they aren’t too hard to find. I would say it takes less than 2 minutes to find an employee, BUT if you want to find a nice and happy employee then it might take slightly longer. They are also loaded with product stocks.

Grocery pickup is horrible. Its certainly not convenient. They have a telephone number posted so you can call and check in, called it 15 times no one answered. I had to tell one of the picker to check me in. Whoever does the conformation of pickup already checked me out. I received an email stating thanks for picking up my goods, but I hadn't. I think Walmart needs the HR department from Chick-fila. Whoever manages this department definitely needs to be fired immediately.

Not one cashier on duty. Almost 300.00 in groceries and had to use self check out. The aisles are cluttered with unshelved stock and online shoppers. When I called to speak to a manager the rep who answered the phone demanded to know what my call was regarding before transferring the call and stated there was only an Assistant Manager available. Placed me on hold for 5 min so I hung up and called back. The manager never picked up the phone. If the price of my groceries includes the labor to pay the cashiers, I want a discount on self checkout. If I go again and no cashiers are available, my cart will sit there and I will go elsewhere!

This store has gone downhill. Not only are the wait times long at curbside pick up…I’ve gotten home and fruit has been molded and items missing. The staff bringing the groceries used to very professional and hospitable. Now they are rude and arrogant with no customer service skills. When you go inside, the staff in several areas is rude and aggressive and do not speak English. Or do they?! (Olga in gardening) I would rather drive a few more miles to WesleyChapel with gas as high as it is.

The Walmart is a super-Walmart. They have been "remodeling" this place, going on two years now. They need better signage and/or cut back the bushes hiding the sign until you are on top of it (sitting at the red light). As it is, If you do not know its exact location, you can easily pass it. Who builds a store, the hide it behind high bushes?

This has been the second or third time using their pickup service where it takes them 30-40 minutes to bring out your order. Customers who pull up after you will get their order before you too. Definitely the worst location to pick up groceries.

I used to shop here weekly over 15 years ago because the prices were very competitive. However, now I only go 3-4 times a year. One reason is that items are moved around quite a bit. While this may be a "great" marketing strategy, I am often frustrated. When I am able to locate a staff member, 9 times out of 10, they cannot help. Over the years, the store has become cleaner and neater.

This used to be a nice store, but it has become simply awful lately. It was all rearranged and it's impossible to navigate. They made the part with water and soft drinks longer than the rest of the aisles, so you simply bump into it if you don't pay attention. I mean, who does that? Who makes the aisles uneven? What is wrong with the designer? They also made the space between the aisles so small that you run into other people. On top of that, customer representatives who are supposed to put merchandize on shelves during the night (isn't that why walmart is no longer 24/7, so customer representatives restock at night?) are all over the place and very rude during the day. You can't move around this store! It takes hours to go and find everything with everyone so crammed together. I will avoid this place from now on. I live in the area, but luckily there are other choices.

Massive in size and collection. Reasonably well maintained given the sheer volume and diverse crowd they have to deal with. There's a subway inside with massive pharmacy, nursery. This place is packed to the brim with sheer variety of products with unbeatable walmart pricing.
