My husband and I drove down from Citrus to each get a new pair of shoes. It was an absolute madhouse, and the only person we could find that worked there to help us had zero suggestions when we told him what we were looking for and seemed annoyed that we bothered him while he was texting on his phone. We had heard great things about the gait analysis, but he said that wasn’t available and is really only to evaluate whether or not we had any pronation. We ended up leaving after we sat around for 10 minutes and went to a locally owned running store 20 minutes away, and that was absolutely the right decision. We will never be back and will tell everyone in our run club about our experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a retail location. More than half the staff was standing around huddled behind the registers with one blonde girl helping two families next to us. The one guy I asked for recommendations was nice but near useless as he couldn’t provide any suggestions. The blonde girl helped us while juggling the large family she was with. Very little size options in very few colorways, save your time and shop online. Just overall extremely disappointed with the customer service here, I’d suggest less chatting with your coworkers while staring at the customers and more actually assisting them. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

I am not much of a runner but recently took up jogging. My feet have been hurting for 4-5 days after with such pain I considered going to orthopedist. My daughter suggested Fit2Run. Jake was the employee to help me and decided which shoe corrected my step. I am so happy to have invested in wonderful shoes vs doctor visits. I am so happy to no longer have pain and even look forward to jogging now. Thank you for your help, Jake!

I’m a new runner training for my first marathon- in other words I knew nothing upon walking into this store. Aaron helped me every step of the way, helped me find the right shoes for me (also dropped a ton of knowledge that got me excited) and gave me the full confidence that I was purchasing the correct thing. Highly recommend to promote Aaron ahead of peers as he is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and just overall really made my experience great.

Store is beautiful but the service is TERRIBLE. There were several customers needing help with shoes but only 2 employees. One of them was working the register so wasn’t dedicated to floor. It was such a hassle and took so long, I will not be going back, even though it’s a “pretty” store in a great location. I’ll go to a smaller shoe store with much better service.

SO! I went in today with my mom because the cartilage in her left knee has all but deteriorated and she was finally going to listen to me and find a shoe with some proper stabilization and support that she desperately needs. While her and I were just speaking to one another (I was explaining how the style of the swallowtail heel was designed with natural stability even though it didn’t have the most stability in the Hoka shoe line it was a gorgeous example of their shoe design and how it helps with overpronation which I noticed my mom suffered from after watching her gait lately), the one female worker, whose name I didn’t catch, came over and started telling me how extremely wrong I was and that the specific shoe I was referring to didn’t have any stability or help with pronation. I tried to explain but this worker was absolutely rude and was not willing to take a minute to consider what I was saying. I graduated with a degree in kinesiology which is the study of human movement and even though my knowledge lacks in certain aspects of life, I’m not too shabby at this. I’m not sure why this worker thought I didn’t know what I was talking about, or why she interjected herself into my personal conversation. Perhaps because I was wearing cutoffs and sandals instead of my Lululemons and running shoes? I’m just not sure. But my mom still bought a pair of Hokas and she was happy with her decision, but we were pretty taken aback by the negativity and overall rudeness of our experience today.

When I went Into the store I was looking to purchase some new running shoes. Price wasn’t an issue and I was willing to get something nice for myself because my old running shoes were wearing out. However, there were only 2 sales people that I saw working. I could tell they seemed busy so I waited. When the rep came over to talk to me about running shoes I mentioned what I liked and what I was looking for (what brands etc.) she seemed really stressed out and seemed like she wasn’t really present to help. I understand they seemed busy but if I am going to purchase a $200-150 shoe I would like to know features benefits etc. I just told them I would look online and do more research. Just kinda sucks because I really needed new shoes. That’s the only reason I went to the mall. So I left empty handed with my old shoes that make my knee hurt. I’ll just purchase online like everyone else I suppose.
