I had the pleasure of meeting and working with A.J.Fenton yesterday in the Cattlemen Rd store. The surroundings were very well done and welcoming. A.J. was knowledgeable, kind and patient. I'm sure I'll love my comfy new walking sneakers.

False advisement! I went into store to purchase basketball shoes. Specifically Kawhi 2 for my son and they have a huge photo of Kawhi on glass on entry but don’t carry his shoe or any basketball shoes!?

Very rude employee. Not a welcoming store. Very low stock. Walked in with intentions of buying three pairs of shoes but then couldn’t get out fast enough with no shoes. Extremely disappointed.

This is a 5 star review early. I ordered a pair of shoes last Friday and was told they would be in yesterday. I called last night and no shoes. I was upset with store associate. I called the store Manager this morning and talked to her. She said what she would do to accomodate the situation. I would like to thank Michelle for listening and making it right. You all have a great Manager. I would like to wish you all a Happy Holidays and a thank you again Michelle

You bring your prescription and sale representative will take care of you. The sales representative are educated on all shoes. Customer service is great.

Mark McClausin helped my little boy find the perfect inserts and showed us how to change it between shoes when the time came. He also fitted him for a pair that was a size up in anticipation for his next growth spurt so we wouldn't have to spend any extra money later on. The other attendants in the store were all very kind and I would definitely go back there. 10/10

Took my grandson shoe shopping he is a hard fit, needs wide shoes. A nice clerk named AJ came out and helped us he got my grandson measured and then found him a really nice pair of shoes. Thank you for the excellent customer service and we will be back

I bought a new pair new balance shoes in April. In June they looked like they were 4 years old. I Paid 160.00 for them I took them to my foot doctor thinking it was the way I was walking. she stated that no it was not the way I was walking it was a defective shoe. I took them back to the store and worked with a guy name Mark. He was not overly friendly but he did take the shoes back but exchange them with a cheaper shoe. A 40 dollar cheaper shoe. I hope they last longer than my others ones I paid 160.00 for.I still feel cheated.
