Ironically found this store while looking at color choices for shoes I had been fitted for at Fit2Run a few days earlier. So glad because my experience here was leagues beyond the Fit2Run. I was greeted by Melanie upon entering and after a friendly conversation she begin a thorough analysis of my feet. She asked important questions about past injuries, my activities and listened intently. She was exceptionally patient during the shoe fitting process. With a more accurate and thorough fitting than I received at Fit2Run, our starting point was already more comfortable than the ending at the previous store. She continued asking questions honing in on the perfect fit. After two hours (like I said PATIENCE) I can say unequivocally that in all my life I have never had a shoe fit so equisitely. What a feeling!! I will say try to have an open mind as for brands etc. Be sure to share past experiences but also be willing to try again under their expert knowledge and guidance. My previous experience with Brooks left me not inclined to try them again but ironically that is where we found MY perfect fit. If that's what your looking for, your perfect fit, this is definitely the right place to be.

Excellent service, Chip helped me & scanned my feet as well as analyzing my gait. Worked within my price range to show me 4-5 different styles of shoe to find the a good and proper fit. No pressure, adjusted my sizings & explained the tech in each shoe & how they differed. Very happy with my purchase (Hoka Clifton 8) and will certainly return in the future. Thank you Fleet Feet your staff rocks --

I had the best shoe shopping experience at this store. Kelly was phenomenal and really took the time to listen to my needs and explained everything so well. I had a 10K I was getting ready for and thanks to the shoes that Kelly recommended, I did really well and wasn't in any pain the way I'd been before with previous shoes. Thanks Kelly!

Rae Ann’s product knowledge on all of your merchandise was outstanding! Her kindness and patience with both my step daughter and I were so genuine, and we both left your store feeling really good about our purchases. We purchased two pairs of sneakers as well as some lovely socks! Love the Hokas Clifton 8! Perfect for power walking! 🙂

Probably one of the best shopping experiences, and definitely the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. Chip was truly fantastic, he genuinely cared about me finding the right pair of sneakers and gave me his undivided attention, and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. For decades it turns out I was wearing the wrong size, thanks to his attention to detail I finally have the perfect fitting sneaker, that actually makes me excited to get out and about!

I’m a 60 year old, long time off and on again runner. I went to Fleet Feet to get a comfortable running sneaker to help me ease back into running. I have “tricky feet” to fit a running sneaker to having a wide forefoot and narrow heel and ankles. Christa, who was wonderful and very knowledgeable, had me stand on their foot scanning machine. It immediately created a 3D scan and recommended several shoes brands that would most likely fit my tricky feet. Christa was very patient, asked good questions regarding fit, and observed my walking and jogging gait. I tried on several pairs and decided on the Altra Perception sneaker along with some supportive insoles. All in all it was a great experience. They have a wide range of sneaker brands and their staff are very knowledgeable. Also, Ansley did a great job helping my wife too. She bought a pair of Hoka running sneakers. Once we get up to speed, we may join their fun runs on Thursday evenings.

Very pleased with my shopping experience. Its the perfect fit shoe for my foot condition. The staff were very helpful and measured my foot electronically..which help them select the perfect size. I am glad Fleet Feet was recommended by my doctor...already planning on buying a 2nd pair.
