Great buying experience. Chloe’s helped getting us into the proper walking shoe . We left the store with 2 new pair of Brook sneakers. Sneakers were not made in Chain.The hour trip to the store was well worth it. Box store just don’t have this kind of knowledgeable customer service anymore. Thank you

Great customer service. I’m new to running and the sales person did an analysis of my stride and had me try multiple sneakers. Even had two different sneakers on at the same time. You can’t beat the personalized experience. Very happy with my purchase.

Over the past 15 years, I have bought running shoes at the Running Center at North Dale Mabry, to find hard-to-find items that were impossible to get elsewhere. In addition to their incredible inventory, The Running Center provides service that is unmatched by any other stores. Lately Chloe and Dusten have been working on getting me shoes that are rare, in size and style (Width 4E). They spent well over an hour on the phone with me, trying to locate the shoes, and even provided me with a competitor’s name who had similar shoes. For a business to actually provide me with another store's like-styled shoes, shows just how much they care about their customers. For that reason alone, I will do business solely with the Running Center. Add to this, free shipping to my home, and service again, exceeded my highest expectation. Amazing store, and employees (Chloe and Dusten), who love their job, and following up with me regularly to let me know the status. Super store, and extraordinary customer service. They are the absolute best.

I had never gotten fitted for running shoes on my life and decided it was time. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Sydney ( sorry if I'm spelling it wrong). She immediately got me sized up, listened to my needs and brought me out about five pair of shoes to try. I found a pair of Brooks Ghost that felt great and I was om my way. She was both thorough and efficient and I was out the door and jogging with my new shoes the next day. They are perfect for what I need. I highly recommend this place! I also showed interest in a Garmin fitness watch and she told me all about it. I ended up going in the next day and purchasing from them since the price was the same at big box stores. They were equally as nice. I'll definitely go back!

Sydney was very helpful and listened to my needs. She was patient in bringing me out the recommend shoes for what I needed them for. In trying on each pair, she would evaluate me in watching me walk as well asking poignant questions. I finally found a great pair and bought them. They have a 30 day guarantee and their associates are not on commission so they aren’t trying to push the most expensive shoe in the store on you. My feet and knees now have no more pain! It’s a pleasure to exercise and work in comfort. I am very pleased with the shoes and service and have recommended them to friends and customers!

I picked up a pair of running shoes here not too long ago. First off, I have to say that the store was pretty busy, but the employees still found time to help me out. They have some tools to assist in trying to find the best shoe for your foot. I was introduced to a shoe that I had never heard of before. It was quite comfortable (can't recall the name at this time). Anyhow, I purchased them and have enjoyed the shoes ever since.
