After several years of filling hundreds of thousands of dollars of medication at this this location I finally gave up when the pharmacist told me to take my business elsewhere his name is Joel. I called to to make a complaint and out of retaliation he refuses to fill any of my medication that are controlled and refuses to transfer them basically holding them hostage I have no other choice but to visit my providers and have them re-issue Scripps for all the medication that he is refusing to fill. Joel has been veryRude in the past and has told me that he would be more happy for me to move to another pharmacy I have also been talked down to buy other pharmacy staff at that location don’t ever go there! Joel is a vary mean and spiteful person oh and if you think you can get a response from the store manager he does not care anyway his only goal is to keep corporate from knowing what is going on at the store level . and I will be making A official complaint with the board. Good Luck

This is by far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure to work with, too many incidents to count but I’ll let you in a little bit on the latest (and last one) my wife called in to fill a prescription on this location because on the app it showed it was the only location who had it nearby, after a 10 minute conversation the pharmacy tech was able to locate the manufacturer coupon on file and the medication.She quoted us an hour…an hour passed. When we showed up the window a different person (because you cant seem to keep people) told us it would be an hour. Okay. We’ll be patient for a little longer these things happen. We come back after two hours. The medication which was confirmed to us via phone and then again 2 hours ago was in stock now needs to be ordered. Its a heart medication and my wife had 1 pill left. Because of supply issues. When we told the gentleman at the window we were told to come and it was in stock this morning he disappeared for a few minutes and then came back to tell us that there were only 2 people working and the other person doesn’t remember talking to me today.confused at the new level of gaslighting that was happening we asked politely of he could check near by Walgreens for stock as this pretty time sensitive His response “yea sure but its not going to be now, we’re too busy” Needless to say we will not be returning to this location and if you’re expecting any better treatment you’ll be sorely disappointed.

(ROTTEN ATTITUDES)!! The Waters Avenue Pharmacy staff doesn't know what they're doing half the time. Not uncommon for them to lose your lose scripts, not fill them completely, or have it in stock. Unbelievable how they take their stress out on the customers and are highly aggressive. They don't/won't listen and will talk over you. I can't even count how many times I've had to call back after being disconnected. Personally I wouldn't waste my time with them and use another Walgreens branch. This staff couldn't run a head of lettuce.... (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES, MOVING ON.....)

This pharmacy is the worst. I had a 9:30am appointment for a drive through COVID test and I got there at 9.15am. They had me going around the building twice cause they were not ready, it’s 10:15am and they are still not ready, I’ve been here almost an hour for a drive through test that’s supposed to be 10 min max. There’s 6 cars behind me probably waiting for the same. Go somewhere else for your drive through test.

Worst pharmacy, the pharmacy manager Angie is incompetent, Juan has an attitude, Ed cannot hear and Carrie is on the only caring soul in the pharmacy, I used to live there but I still go to Tampa since where I live they don't always carry the same manufacture of the medications I need, called on yesterday since my doctor changeged the am to take my medicine and Angie said I should have enough left and went on to say you must be taking six a day, advised I will be calling corporate and she whined like a baby that they will get in trouble , where trouble is where you will be as I have never called my doctors office for early refill or I have lost medication which my doctor has this in their notes that I have never done this. This pharmacy group should all be fired and get some competent people in their. They are rude, never smile and act like they do not want to speak to you. Terrible!!!!!!

Horrible experience assistant manager Rude and incompetent. Not able to help us taking a passport picture for our little girl. With negative attitude since we walked in the store. Front desk guy very nice. Sunday the 16th just 2 staff members including the RUDE assistant manager. I work with the public I’ll never treat a client like that. Don’t deserve that position not even as a cashier with my respect to this position.

I don't know why I come to Walgreens? Prices are to high and you always end up paying over $50 for a few items. Today I came for some cough medicine. There were a few items on sale which computer did not pickup and they over charged me. Went back inside and to get the $3 overcharged they took the misery dollar discount I used so I was getting a $2 credit on a Walgreens card. WHAT???? People don't shop at Walgreens 😡 biggest rip off store ever.

Great pharmacy, very clean and all in order. The staff is super nice and they are always helping us to find what we need. It has a lot of beautiful stuff. And my medicines are always on time. Love it!!! This is my pharmacy #1.

Very unprofessional and rude pharmacists. Just switched here and was appalled by how I was treated on phone, like they're mad they have to take your call. Guy that filled in yesterday was beyond rude, spoke to me like I was a child and got angry when I asked simple questions. I'm going back to Publix will never shop here again. If there were a zero rating that would be too good.
