I can’t say that I’ve ever had a good experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. After going here for a year, I can confidently say I have never had a timely, unproblematic experience. On top of that, all the people working in the pharmacy have little to no customer service manners and always rush the interaction. Furthermore, the pharmacy will let the phone ring for over 15 minutes without answering (I’ve witnessed this happen) and they’ll gladly leave you on hold for 30 minutes at a time. There is no organization and nothing efficient about this workforce.

WORST PHARMACY EVER since Fatina Ben Said became the pharmacist. If you are experiencing any issues with customer service, long hold times where they pick up and hang up, write a review here but if you want anything done, call 1-800-Walgreens and report it to corporate so hopefully they'll get a new pharmacist that's competent. I've going to this Walgreens for a year to get my meds (two controlled/one not) with no problems until 2 months ago. Suddenly, I was being told that unless my TELEMED doctor was within 30 miles, I wouldn't be able to get my prescription. Thinking that this was a new rule from the medical board, I didn't get my meds from her that month. When I met with my doctor, she said that the pharmacist doesn't get to determine who gets what, and she's overstepping her bounds. I called around to other Walgreens and they told me that there was no problem with my doctor being outside of the county so I confronted Fatina and she said it's her rule only because she determines who gets what. I wasn't aware that becoming a Pharmacist actually translated into you playing God of The Pills but I digress. I called the corporate number and Fatina called me back, gaslighting me and crying about how she's been so nice and she doesn't understand why I would treat her the way that I am. THIS IS A BUSINESS. THIS IS A BUSINESS TRANSACTION. GROW UP. I am not obligated to soothe your hurt feelings especially while you're causing complete and utter chaos in mine. This has been going on for the past two months, and to this day, she won't even fill my prescription that ISN'T A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE because she says, "Why can't you just find a doctor that's close? Teledoctors only started because of Covid. I don't understand why people still use them." EXCUSE ME? Who do you think you are? I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to a more competent pharmacy but in the mean time people, please report her so that she won't make harmful decisions for people who can't stand up to her.

Because I haven’t filled my rx at this location since March (3 months) I’m considered a new patient and the pharmacist isn’t accepting new patients bc of medication shortage… Never ever have I had this issue at other locations. AND I received a confirmation text the rx was ready for pickup. Had I known this issue I would have come earlier so I could take to rx to another location timely. This is second large issue I’ve had with this same pharmacist. Speculating this is why she didn’t accept me as a new patient. Poor service has again delayed my refill.

This store suffers from accidental bait and switch and won’t honor the price. I spoke to two managers this morning about an item that was label for $11 and scanned for $17 and they wouldn’t honor the price. The customer is always wrong at walgreens.

I've been going to the Walgreens Pharmacy for 10 years & Fatina Ben Said deserves 10 STARS!! She is very efficient & takes the time to go over your scripts. She is an ASSET toWalgreens!!

I used to really like Walgreens… not anymore. My son’s pediatrician sent his prescription to this Walgreens. I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived in the drive thru the pharmacist was very impatient with me and told me it’s out of stock and to come back Monday. I called back Monday, that person told me to call tomorrow at 11. I called the next day at 11 and that person told me to call back the next day at 4. Every single time I speak to someone, I get a different answer about when I can get my prescription. Now the last few times I call I just get placed on hold and no one even answers me. I have been waiting for almost two weeks to get a medication that my son is supposed to take daily. It is unprofessional and frustrating to get a different answer from each of the employees when I am inquiring about my prescription. Please learn to teach your employees to set proper expectations with customers to avoid this frustration! Never filling a prescription at this Walgreens ever again after this experience.

You’re likely to wait 30 minutes wether you go inside or sit in the drive through. There can be two other cars in line but for some reason they allow cars to just sit in the drive-thru for who knows why. It’s ridiculous. Going to switch to another Walgreens to hopefully get better service.

I told a technician to transfer my prescription over yesterday so I could pick it up since my window closes today. She said she did it (with an attitude) and told me she ordered it to come today. Today I’m finding out she never transferred it. So I missed my window to pick up my medicine! Beyond angry

Employees are not very helpful and there are not enough to help the in-store customers. Only one counter was open at that time and she did not have the full expertise in handling (did not know how to handle an insurance card). The parking lot is not clean. Can be improved.

24*7 pharmacy, they have medicines doctors and all other essentials of super market, shampoo, other essential things of. It's a premium store and always expensive than any other store.
