IF YOUR TOTAL IS PERFECTLY EVEN PLEASE READ. The cashier put a KidsCents charge on my bill without my knowledge until my card had run, never asked and didn’t ask any customer in front of me. I would bet they all have the extra charge too that rounds their total. I like this pharmacy over the one across the street but I will never come here again. When I returned to ask about the charge I was told I “must have forgotten” I approved it and when I challenged that, the manager said the rounding up was something that “happens to everyone.” THEN the manager followed me through from the pharmacy asking if I had that fraudulent charge on my pharmacy receipt (different cashier, so no). Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received when questioning a charge I didn’t approve of. It was 71 cents, and I would have said yes IF ASKED FOR THE DONATION. But to steal from me? Absolutely not. Corporate needs to come train every non-pharmacist in the building.

I worked here for over a year. Rana, Jill, and the pharmacy staff go above and beyond to make sure your prescriptions are filled when needed and that you are informed about any immunizations you are due for. The front end staff is also happy to help you find any products you are looking for.

Rana is the best. Pharmacy staff all know me by name, always pleasant, never had a wrong prescription. I have several health issues and take many meds, Rana even worked with a doctor of mine to troubleshoot an uncomfortable side effect. I've been using this location for the 6 years I've lived in the area. So pleased they have a drive thru now!

I have been going to this Rite Aid for over a decade and the pharmacy staff are always professional and kind. If there’s something you’re not sure of and they don’t ask you first, be sure to ask your questions! They’re always willing to assist you. Now the store front staff prior to the remodel were the friendliest, efficient and professional group of people I have ever met compared to the store front staff now. The previous store front staff communicated well with each other and to the customers. I’m not sure what’s going on with the location now but the best part of this store is definitely the pharmacy staff. If annual reviews do not encourage store front quality improvement, maybe an option for self checkout for the store front would help.

Overall an extremely irritating experience. Store was in shambles, stock on the floor, disorderly shelves. I thought the zombie apocalypse had started, but a zombie would have been friendlier and more efficient during check out. The credit card processing machine was having serious issues and the clerk had NO idea how to remedy anything, treating me like it's somehow MY fault that my card was being "declined" (which was impossible) Overall a Trainwreck... I will not be back, unless the apocalypse really starts.

Needed to get prescriptions filled out. Didn’t have my health insurance card yet (recently started new job), but I had all of the policy info on my phone. This has been sufficient at literally every other pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I greeted the pharmacist and handed over my prescriptions. Without even saying hello, she looked down at them and then said, “I don’t have this” to one of them. I asked her if she had the other item, and she asked for my card. When I explained that I didn’t have the physical card yet, she tried to say that they didn’t have the ability to search or to enter any information that wasn’t printed on a card. Her entire tone and demeanor just said, "I don't care and you're bothering me". Rudest experience I’ve ever had from a pharmacy. I drove across the street to a CVS and they were more than happy to assist me. I had my prescriptions 10 minutes later.

Employee is a thief. Acted like my Plenti card would not scan correctly so he took my keys to enter it manually. I was 99% sure I saw him take a photo "sneakily" of my card when he said he was "entering it in the system". Long story short, I get an email at 11 at night saying 80,000 plenti points of mine were used at a Rite Aid on 8 mile 4 hours after visiting this location. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR KEYS TO LET THEM "enter it manually"!

The manager there, Vicky, was rude and nasty with me. She basically followed me all around the store and was short with me whenever I tried to ask her questions involving a product. I believe she is a racist. It really pains me I can't come to this rite aid considering I usually fill my prescriptions out at one and this is the closet one near my new home.
