I kind like this place it definitely a keep Austin Weird kinda place with all the weird nicknak and nice furniture...great customer service they didn't shadow over you I felt relaxed 😊 and they answered our questions...we will go back, it was to hot of a day stick around to long

I absolutely love this store and the people here! I came here last year to help my bf find a sofa and knew I wanted to do business with them after seeing how accommodating they were. I purchased a TV cabinet from them that I loved but needed a little adjustment (cutting the legs), and they were able to do that no problem. Due to coincidentally great timing, I placed the order one day and it was delivered the next! Couldn't be happier!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I've had trouble finding things I like at other furniture outlets because they never have the style I like. Come here if you're looking for mid-century modern styles. I got a brand-new, gorgeous couch with my boyfriend just yesterday! The staff (Jessie, Rees, Alex, and others) were so friendly and helpful. The financing process was so quick and easy, we were out of there in like 20 minutes. They even delivered the couch the same day! I will recommend this place to everyone and their momma. Definitely will be coming back :D

This place is amazing - went to go pick out a couch. Their selection was great and at a great price - I bought something from them, but ended up needing to go with another option and they were patient w me and ended up giving me a full refund. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

I am so glad my friend told me about this place! I found a perfect desk! I've been looking for weeks, finding flimsy, put piece A in slot B, items. Here! Solid oak, beautiful table! It's very airy, with a great variety of furniture throughout. Many different styles, materials, colors. The personnel don't stalk you as you go thru the store. It was easy to get help when we were ready. This is not a high pressure furniture store.

Omg - you cannot go wrong here. It’s hot, it’s a warehouse, but there’s always cold water offered and a great selection of furniture. The most fun part is the quirky items like lighted Austin signage and metal outdoor decor. If you’re looking for something in particular, ask up front and they’ll guide you through catalogs to order just what you have in mind. I’ve spent thousands and thousands here for my home staging business and they’ve never not come through for me.

TDLR: The reason for this 1 star review was because of the way I was disrespected, taken advantage of, and scammed via bait and switch by the owner. Honestly, I found what I thought was the perfect dining room set. I bought the furniture immediately after I saw it and was told that the set would be delivered the next week. Then, a few days later, I received a phone call saying that they were actually sold out and that they wouldn't get more inventory until after 2 months. Although I was very upset about the situation, the company suggested that I could borrow their whole dining room set (table and chairs) floor sample and swap it all out with the brand new set that I was promised and paid for, when they received their next shipment. This was what I thought was phenomenal customer service. However, after 2 months, due to covid, they had to push out another month. Again, I patiently waited. Three months later and they finally call saying the dining room set is available to deliver. However, when they get to my house, the only thing that was brought was the table. No new chairs/bench. I call Ryan, the OWNER, and ask him where the chairs and benches are. He lent me the full dining table set with chairs with the promise of swapping everything out, but when I called him he said he would only swap the table, not the chairs. This was a complete shock. First, he says that he never agreed to swap out the table and chairs, but only the table (which is a complete lie! Why would I pay full price for a floor sample, and he obviously lent me the whole set to be replaced as a whole set). After I reminded him of this, he says, and I quote, ""everything we let you borrow was brand new. The scuffed table and all the chairs were brand new. They were barely on the floor for long.” His justification was that the floor samples, even though it had obvious scuff and usage, were “basically” brand new. There is a huge distinction between floor samples and brand new, ordered products. He also mentioned it was my fault for not taking pictures of the scuffs and sending it to him right away. My question was, how was anyone to know to take pictures and report it, if everything was going to be swapped out? During this conversation, he had a condescending and disrespectful tone the entire time. I honestly felt belittled after the call. What hurt me the most was that I waited patiently for 3 months, took care of the borrowed set, was extremely excited for the new furniture, and said nothing but great things about this company. Do not get me wrong, the employees at Austin Furniture Depot are amazing, however, the owner on the other hand did not stand by the principles of what was promised. I have recommended all my family, friends, and coworkers to never buy from this store.

Cool selection of furniture and nice people. Some eclectic some is more traditional. Relatively inexpensive but you still get what you paid for (ex. I bought a chair that looked like it had wooden legs - turned out they were plastic).

Friendly staff, dog friendly, great selection. Chris Parinello was a huge help, never felt pressured to purchase. This place exemplifies how furniture shopping should be. And the media center turned my living room into an area I'm proud of. Thank y'all!
