7 Best bedroom furniture store in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

LOVE this place! First time moving to TX and the store representatives were attentive, knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. Their mom is a GEM! She’s a delight! They also promised me delivery Friday and came through! This was important to me because I had been told a guaranteed date prior and with no warning, had to wait an additional 2 weeks so I was very pleased with the communication, presentation, attentiveness, attitude and all around business here. The workers were super nice as well! I didn’t have cash on hand to provide a tip but I was super grateful for them!! They were super friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved them as well! I would 10/10 recommend these guys for any furniture needs! Much better for pricing and customer service! Almost like a 2nd family you never knew you needed! I’m sure I’ll be back when I upgrade bedrooms next year! ~Felicia

I came in and was greeted by lovely salespeople who were no pressure, let me wander around and look at all of their great stuff. Found the furniture of my dreams, and the transaction was quick, complete, and the same day I'm home enjoying my furniture! I couldn't have had a better experience! ~Stephanie

I am so glad my friend told me about this place! I found a perfect desk! I've been looking for weeks, finding flimsy, put piece A in slot B, items. Here! Solid oak, beautiful table! It's very airy, with a great variety of furniture throughout. Many different styles, materials, colors. The personnel don't stalk you as you go thru the store. It was easy to get help when we were ready.  This is not a high pressure furniture store. ~Heather

Excellent overall experience, I shopped online for several good deals and sale items. Then contacted the store at the Galleria location in Bee Caves. Ryan, the sales person was fantastic. We compared a few items, picked out a mattress and paid for it. He even helped me load it up and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Great price, great service - excellent experience. ~Martyn

Doc at the Mattress Firm located by Best Buy in Sunset Valley was fantastic! He was very helpful and explained all the different features of adjustable bed platforms which I was shopping for. Who would have thought there were so many options. Doc was very patient and allowed me the time to try out the various options. I did not feel pressured at all to buy but felt very comfortable making my decision based off Doc’s helpful input. I have shopped this particular location many times before and it is my location of choice. I am, and will continue to be, a repeat customer. Highly recommend! ~Gwen

In under one hour, Toby (Christopher) worked with my 20-year-old son to select the perfect bed for his new apartment. Toby helped him determine his preferred mattress type and provided him with several selections to try. Once a mattress was selected, Toby outlined options for box springs and frames. Finally, he arranged to have the bed delivered to my son’s college town in Arkansas. Tony was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, without being at all pushy. During the time we were at the store, Toby and Edward smoothly waited on five sets of customers, alternating between checking in for questions, giving space for folks to test and discuss, and making arrangements for delivery. I chuckled to hear Edward invite customers to come in and nap on the beds. With the comfortable vibe at this Mattress Firm location, I may just do that the next time I want to escape from my chaotic life. ~Lara

I visited the Mattress Firm location at Lakeline last week as I needed a new mattress for myself. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gil, one of their Sleep Experts. He asked me what I was looking for along with my budget. He showed me several different mattresses and I was able to lie down on them to see how each one of them felt. Gil didn’t make me feel rushed and gave me undivided attention, explaining the differences in the various types of mattresses. I chose the traditional kind of mattress vs. the foam kind. It was in my price point after Gil gave me a nice discount.. My mattress arrives today (free delivery)! I can’t wait to not be sleeping on the floor anymore! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Gil. ~Lori
