I visited the Mattress Firm location at Lakeline last week as I needed a new mattress for myself. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gil, one of their Sleep Experts. He asked me what I was looking for along with my budget. He showed me several different mattresses and I was able to lie down on them to see how each one of them felt. Gil didn’t make me feel rushed and gave me undivided attention, explaining the differences in the various types of mattresses. I chose the traditional kind of mattress vs. the foam kind. It was in my price point after Gil gave me a nice discount.. My mattress arrives today (free delivery)! I can’t wait to not be sleeping on the floor anymore! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Gil.

Douglas and Staci are amazing. Been thinking of getting a new mattress for awhile now and decided to pull the trigger. They were very friendly and took time to explain all the features and benefits as well as all the options. I could tell they wanted us to make the right decision and we didn't feel pressured. Gil was like Jesus Christ himself if he worked at a mattress store. Very friendly to talk to and knew a lot of information about mattresses and about sleeping in general. He helped me think about things I never really cared about when it came to sleep. I’m general was a very good experience. 10/10

I’m very pleased with my purchases. They were very friendly, informative and not pushy. The customer service here is top notch. Gil was great- he took his time explaining the differences in the mattresses they offer. He also listened to our issues with our current mattress and help navigate us to a great choice.
