Don’t fall for their going out of business “sale”. They’re just marking up their regular price by 20% so you think you’re getting a discount. What a rip off. Price check on Amazon before you buy.

I decided I wanted to make homemade past for dinner tonight and looked for a pasta attachment for kitchen aid mixer. I looked online and they had one on Seekonk, ma. I had enough time to go there and get to my pt appt in East Greenwich. I get to register and forgot wallet. Go out to car and order online with PayPal. Go back in and it is still on the counter. The woman tells me you can't pick it up for an hour. I go out to car and TRY and cancel and it will not let me even though it says plain as day, you have 30 min window to cancel, it would not. I click phone to store to try and cancel and she says you have to call the 800#. I can't find the ,# and open chat for #. She asks for email and I just ask again for 800#. Call and woman tells me I cannot cancel. I told her I'd specifically says I have 30 min to cancel online order. Call ends with me hanging up!!!! NEVER AGAIN #BEDBATHANDBEYOND WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE! I HAVE A CHOICE AND BBB IS no longer a choice!

I shop here because of the good service. Clerks actually ask if I need help. They routinely check inventory, nearby stores and offer to order items online, to be delivered free to the store. Today I could not find an item I wanted for a gift but, wow, how could I not be happy to return! I did find a substitute for my gift choice, and I am going to return again.

Staff is welcoming and happy to assist you in finding the most unique item, have items not on the shelves sent to your home and coordinating elegant curtains and spreads. Coupons available. Covid 19 regulations are enforced in an immaculate facility Highly recommended.
