Plus size department needs a better buyer. Just because someone is plus size doesn't mean they want to wear just t shirts. We like style. Years ago they carried cute tops. Not anymore. Very disappointing.

A smile and big thank-you to Sue and Wanda at Check-Out, October 3. It was a slow day and Sue was extremely patient and knew exactly how to make stubborn zippers work, otherwise I would have returned some and not bought others. Second visit the same day, Wanda made sure I got the best possible price (which can be too complicated at Kohls). Back home, I had a problem completing the surveys, which are important to employees--just want these two women to know I'm grateful. I go to various Kohl's for athletic wear and this was my best service ever. It's also the prettiest Kohl's and I'm glad I gave it a second chance. That same day, I went first to Customer Service and the woman there was the exact opposite of Sue and Wanda.

Kohl's used to be good for great deals and great finds. NO LONGER...shorts on clearance rack ? Clearance price 29.99. Levi jeans but one get one half off? 70.00. Men's 6 pack socks 48.00 sale price ? 29.99....i understand everything has increased everywhere....but Kohl's went from good to friggin ridiculous. Scissors meet Kohl's credit card !!!!

Typical kohls store. Although I think as would probably most other department stores they have a serious lack of help and really need to be more conscientious about getting more employees on the floor could not find anybody for over an hour and actually nobody ever really showed up to assist us in buying a suit.

It would probably be a great store to shop at. However, the disorder of the clothes is a big problem. That's not fun. That's disgusting. So I always leave without buying anything. But what I saw today tops everything. Presumably used shoes in the shoe rack. real mess. yuck

I asked one of the girls that work there. She was less than 10 feet away from me. I asked her how much is the regular price on these tees buy one and get one for a dollar, it was like I was invisible..
