I came in cause my package from Amazin was sent there for a pickup although my package wasn't there it had been sent out for redelivery. The gentleman who worked at the counter (sad I didn't get his name) is amazing he's a tall, white male with short blond hair and you guys need to know he represents your company perfectly he was so nice and well mannered he even chased down the car I was in before I could leave the parking lot due to me leaving behind my ID... To that gentleman thank you for your good energy and great customer service you are greatly appreciated!

Marjorie was an angel for my family. On 5/23/2022, I took my wife and children from Canada where we’re living to this post office because my kids had to renew their passports. Unfortunately we were late for the appointment due to the delay at the border. When we arrived, one of the staff members said we’d have to reschedule our appointment because we were late. I said “Please help us out. We’ve come here from Canada.” Marjorie, the one in charge of passport jobs, overheard me and said to come back in 30 minutes. Out of her busy schedule, she helped us thoroughly to finish everything. She waited for me to go to bank to exchange Canadian with US dollars, and gave us copies of the old passports so we can use them to cross the border. So thankful to her, I asked her if I can get her name and she said it is Marjorie, as in the picture. May God bless her!

The employees were polite and exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to get my packages where they need to go for less than I originally though. Really impressed!

Never in my life have I had issues with a mail carrier, until now! I move 4 blocks over , in Kenmore and now it’s a problem to walk up 3 steps and put my mail in the mail slot! It’s not safe they say…lol! Then ups dumps my target package on them and they won’t leave it AND want to charge me almost $11 to get my package ! Ummm not my prob ups dumped it on the usps! Ive already paid shipping I’m not paying more! Point is these carriers from this location are so incompetent it’s disgusting ! So if you live on the other side of Kenmore they will go up stairs to the mailbox but if you live over by Elmwood it has to be ground level lol!!! Unreal. Coddling mail carriers now cuz that’s our new world. No one has to work much but has a list of demands to accommodate THEIR laziness!

I have had good experiences at this location. I have been going here for years. There were times when the Kiosk was done and that was unfortunate. It can get busy depending on what time you get there. I deduct one star only because they can be a little short with people at times. I can't complain about my things being sent out. It always arrived to its destination in a timely manner.

I am really disappointed of the services at this post office. My client too. I have send a small paccage from Bulgaria, it was for a special occasion and my client never received it. And even worse - they can not locate it, never mind that it has arrived at the post office on the 6th of January 2021 according to the iternational tracking system. Be carefull, ask for Your mails and paccages and use other postal services better. :(

Some of the workers at this location are nice. Then we have the few that could care less about your mail or your service. Also we have a new Mail Carrier who refuses to wear a Mask. He is very nasty, and has a very bad attitude. Hire some one who wants the job. I don't need anyone's Germs and there is a Covid Virus. This Virus is real . Tgere

I go to this post office as it’s near my home, and have always had good service. Lines can be long at times, but the employees are consistently polite and friendly. Today was exceptional, however. The employee with the full beard (Jerry, I think?) was delightful. I actually left the post office feeling uplifted and empowered. Yes, that’s what I said. I went to the post office, and I felt great coming out because of my interaction with the employee. Way to go, Hertel post office!

With the exception of Alan, who is one of the kindest mail clerks I’ve ever had the pleasure to be helped by, the majority of the staff is rude at best. The older female clerk with brunette hair is the nastiest, most impatient I’ve dealt with. Screams at you and then doesn’t seem to actually listen. Never have I ever felt so embarrassed when at a post office than being yelled at like a child when I was accidentally too close to another person. Don’t go here unless you have no other post office available.
