If you ever have had an experience that you waited at home for a whole day on a delivery day, and you received nothing but a "delivery attempt notice", trust me, it's very NORMAL; no ringing the doorbell, no knocking at the door, if you have a long driveway to you front door, they don't even get off their vehicle just simply put the prepared notice into the mailbox. I had an issue with sending my package to a friend in NYC I had called the location to rectify the situation. The manager Eric was bluntly rude and inconsiderate. He didn’t even let me explain my problem. Which was input in the system that the employee put my address as the recipient instead of sender. I paid $80.00 basically for a package to get sent right back to me. I would not recommend this company for business at all because of his attitude and professionalism. ~Tanisha

This post office actually closes at 1 on Saturday!! Do not be fooled by the times posted on Google! They are NOT open until 3! In the 5 mins I sat in my car trying to find a post office that might be open, no less than four other people tried to go in. Have been here numerous times and it's a very tiny post office. They have decent customer service but lousy parking and incorrect hours. ~Stephanie

I came in cause my package from Amazin was sent there for a pickup although my package wasn't there it had been sent out for redelivery. The gentleman who worked at the counter (sad I didn't get his name) is amazing he's a tall, white male with short blond hair and you guys need to know he represents your company perfectly he was so nice and well mannered he even chased down the car I was in before I could leave the parking lot due to me leaving behind my ID... To that gentleman thank you for your good energy and great customer service you are greatly appreciated! ~Ally

I am nearly 70 years old, on my first visit to that place, I had to unload 6 heavy boxes for a drop off, each weighing in the 40 lbs and up range. I went inside and asked for help, one of the guys went out of his way and went outside to my car in the parking lot with a 2-wheeler. It was really nice of him to give me a big hand. I would rather do business where i am best treated, and these guys treated me like family. ~joesph

Although there was a technical difficulty with the printing machine yesterday customer service was very quick and professional and because it was not the store's fault in order to keep business running they did offer free copies although I still pay for it I was very pleased to see that they were willing to solve the problem in that manner. ~Lamar

Since writing this review the on campus mail experience has improved a lot so now it’s up for debate if this is really the best option when you account for the cost every 3 months versus paying nothing for the improved default experience. Still 5 stars but definitely some more competition now to consider. Awesome place. Great people, big shout out to Shawn especially. The mailboxes are way more convenient than on campus mailboxes. Much larger time window for collection and convenient north campus location. Store also contains basic office supplies for purchase. ~Austin

The staff here has always been very helpful, and I have been using this location since the 1990s, so it's a good long track record. Every so often they will get swamped, but usually there's either no line, or only one or two other patrons to wait through. The one thing that can take a while is if people are getting or renewing passports, otherwise transactions are usually quick and efficient. ~Hex
