Although there was a technical difficulty with the printing machine yesterday customer service was very quick and professional and because it was not the store's fault in order to keep business running they did offer free copies although I still pay for it I was very pleased to see that they were willing to solve the problem in that manner.

My friend had an excellent meatloaf dinner, & I had the buy-1-get-1 prime rib dinner ($25). 1" thick prime rib, mostly pink (as I like it) & great flavor! A small container of au jus was also included with my dinners. My thicker sliced red potatoes were still crunchy in the middle & needed to be microwaved more at home. Good flavor on the potatoes - parsely, butter, salt & garlic. Mixed veggies were carrot slices & broccoli; thin carrot slices & broccoli were tender, but thicker carrot slices needed more microwaving at home. Was very happy that Boston Market had more entrees than just chicken! BTW, the prime rib is available Wednesdays thru, I think, Fridays only, after 4 pm. I recommend checking with your local restaurant to be sure.

This place is great. Walked in the door and four people asked to help me right away. I emailed them a photo and they did a test print so I could check the quality, then waited while I updated the file and printed the full run right away while I waited. I feel like customer service has been on the decline lately but not an this place. I'd definitely order from them again without hesitation. Thanks FedEx!

The visit was fine but I was being assisted by a trainee, and I didn’t really find how her manager put her on the spot in front of everyone acceptable. She basically blasted her in front of everyone so she could take me next and I felt embarrassed for the trainee. Once she assisted me I told her I’m not in a rush and she can take her time to learn the ropes because I could tell she was embarrassed and wasn’t in calm spirits anymore as she was before. Definitely think they should learn how speak to their new employees in a more respectful tone.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with this FedEx Store. My brother is traveling and I had to ship an item to him in India. The first customer service agent I worked with was friendly and efficient in helping me get everything packed and shipped. Unfortunately a few days after sending it, I got notified that the box was being held at customs in India. I contacted customer service myself, but ultimately the process of getting it released involved more paperwork and was complicated. So I went back in to this FedEx store for help. Even though the store was busy, the manager spent a good 30 minutes with me, helping me to get everything printed and filled out. She even made phone calls for me to make sure we had everything needed to get the shipment released from customs. The team at this location took all the work out of a very stressful situation.

I love the staff here. They are under pressure all day long to get things done quickly, and it's always with a smile. The staff is consistently very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I'm usually rushing in with last minute print requests or shipments for my small business, and they are always very accommodating. Thank you for your amazing service.

Came here to have a portfolio bound, and they took care of everything in about five minutes. The staff who helped me was quick and friendly, and made helpful suggestions about cover materials. The space was clean, and looks well set up to handle various print jobs, with several large format plotters ready to go.
