Placed an order online the employee working confirmed my order that it was ready to pick up at 12:20 so she didn't get in trouble for getting the order completed late so when I arrived to pick up my sub because she confirmed it completed and ready to be picked up it wasn't even done it was sitting out on the back counter in front of the toaster where it sat for another 10 minutes before I could not wait any longer for it to be completed then tried to get a refund in which she gave me attitude for

I don’t know why they don’t wrap the melt sandwiches in paper but this is what I found when I opened my bag. They need to package this better. Very dissatisfied

I have been eating at subway since I was a kid. This past Sunday, 7/4/21, I had the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Subway located in Plattsburgh, NY Walmart shopping center. This location is DIRTY and uncaring employees who cannot make a wrap to save their lives. I was told I could wrap it myself after she'd attempted to wrap it twice. She folded it up and put it in a bag and handed it to me like that, same goes for my partner who was with me that day. We were the only two customers there, the tables were dirty, to food was unprotected and flies everywhere. I will continue to be a subway customer but I will never go back to that location.

If I had to recommend a footlong it would be the chicken breast with Swiss, toasted on the cheese and herb bread. I do however miss the days when a footlong use to be $5. Plus tax. Now there are only certain days you can get the footlong of your choice for that price.

Great spot to take a break when shopping at Walmart. Nice fresh subs. Good coffee too. Friendly staff. And Annie's donuts available.

I threw out most of my food I bought here. The veggies were perfectly awful. Rude employees also. Not very clean either.

My mother went today to pick me up dinner. Upon eating it it tasted a little different then previous subways I've been to. Not 15mintues after eating my sub I felt sick. I've gotten sick at least 4 times now since eating it. Do not reccomend.

Poor visit at this particular location. Ordering went smoothly. Upon receiving our "food", we discovered that napkins we're nowhere to be seen. Stepping over a spill that had dried on the floor and was now sticky, we wiped off and sat down at the cleanest table we could find. My mini pretzel dogs were undercooked and doughy, the pepperoni pretzel my fiance ordered had a light, musty flavor. We ate and watched silently, as the employee making the pretzels went back and forth between twisting dough, and texting on her cellular phone, never having changed gloves. All in all, poor visit, poor food, and cleanliness of the store was horrible to say the least. Rating one star because we cannot rate lower. Not likely to return

Decided to plan my shopping trip to Walmart at Consumer Square and thought I’d stop in at Subway; located inside the Walmart store. It wasn’t busy and there were no other customers in the restaurant. I patiently waited for service; which was an unanticipated over five minute wait!! I could hear music blaring and someone in the back of the restaurant working, so, I continued to wait! At least ten minutes went by and FINALLY an employee emerged from the back. A young Spanish girl came to the counter, facial expression seemed to deem her annoyance that she had a customer to wait on. She didn’t offer a friendly hello so I began the conversation with a hello and told her the kind of sandwich I’d like. She apparently didn’t hear me so I repeated myself and once more she asked me what I wanted? After telling her twice I made sure she could hear me the third time around. She grabbed the bread from the oven wearing NO gloves and began to make my sandwich. I requested that she put gloves on. She made the sandwich and walked to the register and began to start the transaction before I could tell her I’d like a drink and chips. So because of that I just let it be and proceeded to pay for my sandwich. The lobby/seating area was quite dirty, straw papers, dried up soda spills on a few tables and chairs pulled out so I decided to just leave and go forth with my shopping in Walmart and eat at home. Not a happy customer as far as the overall service and her overall attitude and troubled look she gave off. A pretty bad vibe for your establishment and customers to encounter her bad attitude = just for the sake of future customers!

Upon my arrival at the Subway store located within Walmart today I wasn’t greeted by any of the crew whatsoever - Basically the young girl simply grabbed a piece of the paper they prepare a sub on and said to me ‘what do you need today?’ Well, honestly that could mean anything, right? what do I need? I should’ve been greeted properly and ASKED ‘how may I help you today along with a sincere Hi would’ve been nice..’ I told her my request of what I’d like for a sandwich and she proceed with a bothersome look on her face as IF customers are a bother? Quite the contrary, a customer supports your paycheck. Maybe she doesn’t know that yet, I don’t know? She scoots my sub down the line to the veggies and stands there as if I should blurt out what veggies I want instead of asking me but ok, by now I’m aware of her very poor customer service skills. She finished up my sub and tosses her gloves into the trash can and then tells me ‘Sorry, I forgot to tell you but we aren’t taking credit cards our register system is down again! I replied with ‘oh gee, I wish I would’ve been told prior to ordering because I don’t have cash on hand’ by this point now she’s shrugging her shoulders and her coworker is of no assistance whatsoever either telling me the store manager Tracy said ‘we have no idea when it will be able to accept credit cards?’ now I have to leave and go into Walmart and literally make a small purchase to get cash back to purchase my sandwich.. at this point now the girl who waited on me begins to advise other patrons that their register is down and not accepting credit cards. Yet never told me? and even said to me ‘oh, I should’ve told you before you ordered!’ Yes, you should’ve and thank you for the inconvenience on a lunch break Dear! Besides the poor experience this afternoon the dining area was quite dirty; tables weren’t cleaned off, papers on the floor and the soda fountain area was a mess with lids, straws and things all over the place.. I’ve frequented other Subway shops within town and the Walmart location has made me feel as if it’s a ‘bother’ to be waited on
