Always a supposed issue with my insurance when trying to pick up my medication. The pharmacy then makes me go days without my medication. Its frustrating as my medication does not require a prior authorization. CVS Target never gave me these type of problems. Guess I will be switching back. Get your act together Kinneys. SMH ~James

Went to check out used PS4 controllers and ended up with 2 duds that wandered and had hesitation. Brought them both back in on different days and was able to get a refund and order another 2 controllers right in store and had them delivered for free to our house. Heather is always knowledgeable and happy to help resolve any issues you may encounter as long as it is possible for her to help you. Nice options to have gaming accessories available for purchase same day when they have stock, which unfortunately can be limited. ~Karen

Patrick was extremely helpful with helping me figure what variant of the Oculus Quest 2 would be best for my needs. He gave me advice on which would work best and has saved me some money in the process! He was also incredibly polite and conversational! ~Simon

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone as they lied about services. My car was wrecked back in 5/2022 and they could not schedule my car to come til 9/27/22 so I waited patiently. As the appointment grew closer and they called me the day before and stated they never ordered the parts to the car and they could not get me in. The owner also stated that they did not have the money to buy parts ahead of time.(which they lied about) Frustrating as most time car parts take awhile to come in as they know because of Covid. Well they received the check from the insurance in 6/22 and cashed it 8/22. AND NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS DUE TO MONEY !! Now 10/22 my daughter hit another deer. Now the car is totaled because the damage was not fixed the first time around. So with that being said, they now want to charge me restocking fees on the parts they just ordered not even two weeks ago. And also stated that they were waiting for the list prices because those are more than their cost for parts so they upcharge. So now they never did the work and want more money for parts for something they never did. As stated by the body shop "this is how we make our money in this business." Service: Body & Trim ~STORMY

This was always my go to Dunkin until today. And never again. My food is forgotten every time with mobile orders. No big deal. But when I mentioned it today, not a word just eyes rolled and went to make. Had to pull forward. Then they bring out and it’s only half my order. When I said I still have more, the other girl came out the door with it. She basically threw it at me. As I pulled off, yes I was livid as this point, she screamed to never come back. Her name is Kayla and she is the assistant manager. Needs to be fired. If that’s how she treats customers, then how does she treat her employees? It’s no wonder I see constant turnover here. ~Dustin
