This was always my go to Dunkin until today. And never again. My food is forgotten every time with mobile orders. No big deal. But when I mentioned it today, not a word just eyes rolled and went to make. Had to pull forward. Then they bring out and it’s only half my order. When I said I still have more, the other girl came out the door with it. She basically threw it at me. As I pulled off, yes I was livid as this point, she screamed to never come back. Her name is Kayla and she is the assistant manager. Needs to be fired. If that’s how she treats customers, then how does she treat her employees? It’s no wonder I see constant turnover here.

This place is always busy but they have a crew that's on point. They will have people in there that are being trained and still push 100% to get you in and out. They understand that you are in a hurry for work and stuff. But plzz have patience and say thank you 😊

The people who work here are very friendly and super fast! They always have fresh decaf and a nice selection of munchkins that I'm looking for. My favorite are the butternut munchkins.

They allways give me ice even when i say specifically no ice, then they’ll complain and will scoop out the ice... getting my order wrong... i’ve been there many times but i think it’s about time to revoke my presence there from now on

Very poor, I go in order, wait 20mins for my two sandwiches and hashbrowns, then the lady acts like I'm lying when I ask where my food was. Meanwhile they had made about 15 sandwiches for drive thru customers. Very unhappy with the staff an location, will not be returning.... ps customers who walk in are just as important as the drive thru.

My first choice for coffee in the morning, or anytime for that matter. The staff gives the restaurant a very welcoming feel and they all have a wonderful sense of humor. I personally drive far out of my way almost every morning due to the great service and coffee.
