We pay 250 a month just for tv and internet we have 2 cell phones in addition so I’m paying these thieves over 350 and they will not answer a phone if you lose service. Sent us text that we would have service restored a set time and would continue to communicate as repairs happened. It has been almost 24 hrs since that time has come and gone . Now if you call they will know by your phone number and refuse to let you speak to anyone. Terrible awful service you as a company should be ashamed. Thanks for always putting your customers first .

After reading the reviews, I will definitely not be using this company. Sounds like no one cares about customers in this company once they get your service. I would rather go to a company that helps their customers even if it means lower speed rates.

Billing cannot keep an accurate, consistent bill! Still waiting for them to correct the bill after being on the phone for hours with a non-English speaking person! Bring customer service back to America!!

These people will up charge you in any way they can! Had a bill for $70 even a month. Double checked with the representative when I signed up that there were no extra or hidden fee’s. He said none at all, we disable auto pay, our bill goes up to $109… We called them again where the girl was not helpful at all and would not waive the up charge that we got she said she would wave the late fees to December if we needed more time to pay the $109 but didn’t say that the following bills wouldn’t pile on! They are nasty and try to get you any way they can!! She was laughing at the end and didn’t seem to care that we wanted to cancel as she was trying to say “oh your next years cycle” like no we said we want to cancel. We didn’t agree to any up charges

My spelling of names may be off, but I must commend three people at this store for their help. Ashley (Ashli?) sold a phone to me and got me started in being capable of using it. Ricardo spent the better part of half-an-hour on my second visit to the store with furthering my skill in the phone's impressive capabilities. Taran (Terran?) upon my third visit addressed and solved additional hurdles I had encountered in making use of the device's array of capabilities. I'm seventy-seven years old and a lost wanderer in this land of cyberspace. My learning curve is long and steep. I'm getting better, and these three young people have been my guides.
