Best internet service provider in Columbus, Indiana (IN) 2024

We pay 250 a month just for tv and internet we have 2 cell phones in addition so I’m paying these thieves over 350 and they will not answer a phone if you lose service. Sent us text that we would have service restored a set time and would continue to communicate as repairs happened. It has been almost 24 hrs since that time has come and gone . Now if you call they will know by your phone number and refuse to let you speak to anyone. Terrible awful service you as a company should be ashamed.
