If you ever have had an experience that you waited at home for a whole day on a delivery day, and you received nothing but a "delivery attempt notice", trust me, it's very NORMAL; no ringing the doorbell, no knocking at the door, if you have a long driveway to you front door, they don't even get off their vehicle just simply put the prepared notice into the mailbox. Why do they do that, you'll never know. Good luck everyone.

Slow service. No enough workers. I was filling out my package info and finished and she didn’t invite to the front back to her but invited another person with the situation. It’s just a shame.

Don't place your mail on hold - they lost 8 days worth of our mail with no explanation provided. Also, they never, EVER answer their phone.

I could not reach a live person about a a very large package that apparently arrived way back in mid December. I’m disabled and housebound. This package is 3 feet tall. You used to be able to reach a live person there. I could have reviewed it by the end of the holiday!

Always a pleasant experience when I visit this post office. Although it's always very busy, the staff is always very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with and understand. Applying for my Passport was very easy and seamless. I was happy that they didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
