Since writing this review the on campus mail experience has improved a lot so now it’s up for debate if this is really the best option when you account for the cost every 3 months versus paying nothing for the improved default experience. Still 5 stars but definitely some more competition now to consider. Awesome place. Great people, big shout out to Shawn especially. The mailboxes are way more convenient than on campus mailboxes. Much larger time window for collection and convenient north campus location. Store also contains basic office supplies for purchase.

7/29 Thursday rain. Arrived there at 8:45, the store was not open, though it should’ve been open 15 minutes ago. Waited for another ten minutes and left.

Tried to go here once and hope to never have to go back. Couldn’t find any parking for visitors around as it is all student parking. What an inconvenient option for anyone who is not a student at UB....

The charged me 8 dollars to send a letter. 8 DOLLARS. It was my first time sending a letter and obviously the staff took advantage of it. I never got a receipt or a tracking number. So I hope my letter arrives

Internet hours are incorrect!!! They are open until 5:30 not 7pm... guy was cool to reopen at 5:33p soon couldvget my package

Totally screwed up my thesis, took a month to get straightened out and then even one of those on the second try was screwed up. 2 for 6 tries on accurately printing and binding my 3 books. Manager was taking great care of me to figure it out until one of the three second try books was shipped to the wrong address. I have been being ignored by the store since then and 2 months later have not received my completed order. Avoid.
