Always "closed for cleaning" overnight and I do mean always. Do us all a favor and close overnight or hire staff competent enough to honor store hours.

It don’t get any worse than this store. Gas pumps have had red tape across 2 fuel selections for months, credit card readers work when they want, feels like every time I get gas I’m getting my card info stolen. Inside of store is in constant disarray, nobody here cares about being in the convenience store business. No one.

Ava was the only cashier working and there was so many customers. She did not loose her cool and was professional as you can be with a store full of people and people waiting at the pump. Please show your employees that show up and continue to keep your business running! THANK YOU AVA!!!!!

Very limited selection on the convenience items. I enjoyed product selection a lot when they were Super America. Now it's as if they're a fully stocked Sinclair with nothing you want unless it's gas, smokes, coffee, or dip. Or it's the single or 2packs of Swishers

This store is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. Every time I stop here during overnights, the store seems to be closed for cleaning. And it stays closed for 3 hours sometimes. How about updating the business hours

Stood in line with approximately 8 other customers while the 1 employee stocked cups and did general front and face. Other customers were loudly stating that they were getting upset and she completely ignored everyone. When she finally came behind the counter she said that the other employee just walked out and she didn't know there wasn't any other person on the register. It wouldn't have been as bad if she wasn't snotty and rude to the customers who waited and were still polite to her. This has happened before. Horrible customer service.

Seems like this speedway has been abandoned by their corporate and operates like a hood corner store (I'm black so don't try it). There is a lot of missing items, I haven't seen any management in months, and now most of the employees are young adults/teens. Like today it says open 24hrs but there was a sign up saying they won't open till 6:30 which is a major inconvenience when this is the only gas station that has the items I need on my morning commute to work.

I am a route driver and on April 18, I stopped at your store on my break to buy a bratwurst and a scratch-off ticket. The attendant nearest me had both of her hands on the back of her head adjusting her hair weaves and she was facing sideways. There was a sign on a stand that wasn't completely pushed out of way at the counter nearest her. I politely asked if she was open to which she rudely replied, "I'm not standing here to look pretty". I was totally taken aback and stuttered that I wasn't sure as the sign on the counter wasn't completely moved. She replied with the same bad attitude, "Do you see a closed sign?". At that point, I was on slow burn and asked her if there was a reason why she was being so rude. Instead of taking this opportunity to apologize to the customer, she instead said she wasn't being rude and that there was a garbage can behind me (to throw the wrapper from my bun that I had set down to pay). I hurried to get out of the situation and was so upset that I forgot my scratch-off on the counter and had to go back for it. I never write bad reviews, as sometimes employees make mistakes or are just having a bad day, but this was completely different. I've never had a problem with an employee at any SuperAmerica, but if this is Speedway's idea of customer service, I will gladly give all my business to Holiday Stations.
