So I’ve tried calling 6 times since 12:30. Continuously get the answering machine, after reading the reviews, I can see why….saves me the hassle of trying to do business with this guy. Clearly he’s in the business of being right and not doing right. His responses to his failed customers are so sad.

Employee (Balding guy with glasses) refused to help me carry in heavy/large returns and which then skipped my turn in line when I got back through the door with my heavy package.

I am nearly 70 years old, on my first visit to that place, I had to unload 6 heavy boxes for a drop off, each weighing in the 40 lbs and up range. I went inside and asked for help, one of the guys went out of his way and went outside to my car in the parking lot with a 2-wheeler. It was really nice of him to give me a big hand. I would rather do business where i am best treated, and these guys treated me like family.

Very disappointed. Went to the store on a Friday morning, very specifically stated I needed delivery of an envelope by the next day. Even paid extra for delivery by noon of the next day. I could not have made it clearer. Envelope did not arrive until Monday which was useless. Store filed for a refund with UPS which was denied. I called UPS which blames the store for using the incorrect shipping method because it was a weekend. So they are blaming each other but I’m the one out $42.53. Can you say FedX??? One star because there is not no star. Receipt referred to in the response is given AFTER the transaction. At the store they have you verify address being sent to on the electronic screen. The employee I dealt with should have known the delivery I specified was not possible. Not reliable at all.

Not a good experience. “Richard” the owner is awful. Save yourself the headache and go to the Fed Ex store that’s right up the road.

Had an awful experience at this store location with the store owner. I had a a damaged delivery and I knew I would get a hard time about it but never to this extent. The employee and I were trying to salvage what was left of the box to reuse it and he started taping it and the store owner came by rudely and said we’re not doing this for free making a huge ordeal about it. He was very rude and unprofessional the way he handled the situation. If he would of told me about fee before flipping out there wouldn’t of been a problem. I will not be treated that way and go back there.

Small store. But very convenient and typically no need to wait. A young girl works there, and she is very nice and polite.
