I highly recommend this company. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Octavia was very friendly and quick to get our relocation scheduled. The movers were great and worked efficiently. Justin the manager over seeing the relocation did a great job making sure the move ran smoothly. The crew was very careful with our furniture and made sure everything was where it needed to be. I will make sure to recommend Pack On The Go to everyone I know.

They did an amazing job for my family and me. We had a leak in our house and needed all of our furniture and stuff in storage so everything could be fixed. They came out in the morning to wrap and pack up everything. They were super professional and took great care of all of our belongings. I moved with Pack on the Go 2 1/2 years ago so when I needed movers again, called them first. I spoke with Patty in the office who handled my last minute request for movers (about 5 days before my move - not the most timely decision but it worked out :)) easier than I imagined possible. Communication was prompt and clear and very helpful. My movers Rafael and Carl showed up on time ready to work. They were fantastic, professional, efficient and friendly - making the move so easy for me, with their can do attitude and experience. I booked my move for a certain amount of time and not only did we get through what I originally thought would take that much time but pretty much everything else in my apartment that I was planning to move myself (small stuff). They actually made the move fun, when as most people know, moving can be very stressful, but not this time. AMAZING SENIOR MOVING SPECIALISTS My wife's uncle was given the word that he could no longer remain in Independent Living and had to downsize and move to Assisted Living quarters. In addition, to make this transition he was required to put his possessions into boxes and wardrobes. What to do? How to do it? Who really has the time and energy to get the job done in a short time? The search was on --- but all I found were long distance movers who wanted high fees for pack out services and higher fees to move furniture even a short distance. (They also had some additional fees that they wanted to add on when I questioned them further. ) Until I found Pack-On-The-Go on the Internet. Pack-On-The-Go was a company that fit my needs perfectly. Pack-On-The-Go are Specialists of senior relocation and downsizing services. And these services include everything including pack outs in boxes and wardrobes -- even artwork. Rafael and Mike of Pack-On-The-Go arrived in the truck on time with all their packing materials and all sizes of boxes with wardrobes. What a pleasure to see the energy with which they organized and proceeded to work efficiently and professionally. They had the job finished in far less time than it would have taken me. The Pack-On-The-Go company is absolutely Amazing!

I hired Pack On the Go to move 2 households (with a stop at a 3rd for a pickup) into 1. From the very beginning, EVERYONE I spoke with was friendly and professional. We actually got moving supplies from them ahead of time, so we could do some of the packing, and when I went to pick up the supplies, they helped me out to the car (SUV) with everything! On the day of the move, they arrived on time, dressed in uniforms, and the 3 movers and 1 packer were all TERRIFIC and friendly!!! They did a GREAT job packing and moving everything with care. The ONLY thing that broke was broken by ME! Lol They did a great job putting all of the boxes and furniture, etc. into the new house, and even smiled when I asked them to rearrange a couple of things. The packers and movers are CLEARLY well-trained, and they are employees, not day-workers, so there's more care, pride and accountability among them. As a Mortgage Adviser and former Realtor, I have helped a LOT of people buy and sell homes, and I've helped a fair number of them on their moving days, and I have not come across a packing and moving company as good as Pack On the Go. I can't imagine making a move with anyone else!! If I had need for their storage and/or restoration services, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them for that either. Thank you! The movers arrived as scheduled and called a half hour in advance as promised. The team of 3 guys wrapped our items to protect them, loaded the truck without any issues, and arrived at our new place within the travel time frame they set. They then unpacked the truck, took off the protective wrapping and placed the furniture where we requested it. Some pieces had to be moved around for the "right" look from a decorative standpoint and the team was very happy to oblige. There was going to be an expected time over run and the lead mover gave me a heads up for my approval in advance. While I am not looking to move again anytime soon, I would definitely use them again without hesitation. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. Thank you!!!
