This place does not appear very clean. The ordering end of the counter smells like garbage needs to be taken out and can cleaned. Staff member is not friendly at all.

Nice young man that was working. He made my drink precisely how I asked and was very welcoming while being the only one working. Would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks in Kroger!

Very annoyed. Store says closes at 9, got there at 840, guy says sorry I'm already cleaning up. Closing at 9 means we leave at 9. Drinks stop at 830 so we can clean up. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and that has never been the case. This needs to be addressed with corporate.

Employee standing in the shop saying that they Can not make tea since the machines are shut down at 0830! They are supposed to be open until 0900 PM! Always out of products, bad customer service, and plan on waiting for a while!

Ordered a drink with 2 shots of espresso. Did not receive a drink with 2 shots. They even wrote on the cup, 2 shots of espresso. Very annoyed.

Friendly and inviting service, but the drive thru can't even manage the capacity of customers on a busy day so the traffic is backed out into the service drive. The only way to get in line is to leave the parking lot and get in line from feeder/service drive when there is a long line. I decide to go in and still waited 23 minutes and I was first in line! This was because of all of the pick up orders placed before I got there. So if you're planning to go in, you may want to place a pickup order from your car way in advance on busy day. Tried the location again but I went through the drive through. The line had 6 cars in line and still a hot mess because of the parking lot has very limited traffic. We were surely cutting off a shared parking lot to stay in line. Starbucks owner should really relocate to a corner lot with their own private entry and one way in and out. I swear they need more women doing the thinking for this kinda construction. The could learn a lot from Chic Filet drive thru layout.

This location is always on point with my order. There was maybe 1 time that a drink was questionable (tasted like ice and watered down whipped cream) but it happens. I'm sure had I went back they would have fixed it, no problem. The staff are always so sweet. You would think that it would take ages to get through the long lines, however they do their thing quickly! Strongly recommend this location

Update: This is still the best, most consistent Starbucks in the area. They know how to handcraft any Starbucks drink, and do it with a smile. Only downside is, no drive thru. (Review below that comments about drive thru is obviously not for this location; it's in a Kroger.) Go to Barker if u have to, but your drink will not be as delicious! And if u go to any other Starbucks in the area, forget it! When it comes to Starbucks, my rule is that I only go to freestanding Starbucks. This Starbucks is the exception to the rule! If you're in the area, go to the Starbucks inside Kroger! Stephen and the crew here are awesome. They're friendly, courteous and they know how to make a great cup of coffee. Thx Erica, Alyssa, Ashley, Jackie, Taj, & Hunter for taking care of your customers so well!

stopped in for a quick drink! guy was super friendly, only a person was in front of us. in and out. place was super clean, no trash on the floor, got my order correct the first time too! would def come back! no issues at all!

I just came in about 10 mins ago and i have never had such a bad experience at any other Starbucks I've been to except this one! First, one of the two girl employees working on their morning schedule was very rude and has an attitude problem. Second they are slow. Third, when I thanked the girl with an attitude problem, i got no response back. Whoever is the manger of this location,you need to train your employees that customer satisfaction is key. Will never be going back to this Starbucks location again! I will be going to the other Starbucks location by Best Buy, at least the employees there have better attitudes and are polite.
