The mall opens up at 11am, we were at Starbucks at 10:50am ... ordered and sat down... how is a table at open already sticky and gross... the employees were just going the motions. Service was less than good. 10 bucks for an average ventie frap and a croissant... I mean really, like what did I expect from Starbucks... Reasons why I go to mom and pop places or Black Rifle coffee shops

This was the slowest Starbucks I've ever experienced in my life. It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to get a Refresher. The staff were not engaged and the woman at the register literally looked like she didn't want to be there. Definitely not a pleasant experience...

Three of us had the strawberry acai lemonade with sliced strawberries and loved it! So refreshing as we attempted to escape the sweltering weather. The lobby was not so cool but acceptable with the entry door repeatedly opening and closing.

Coffee fine but the store itself could use a remodel. Very run down with little seating. Outdoor outlet mall hot AF in Houston you want to sit inside. Could be the most run down Starbucks I've ever visited.
