Compared to online, was disappointed in the selection. Only dark colors were available in men and women's. Overall, I would rather shop online.

Great deals! Friendly service. My only complaint is I didn't get to buy shoes because I'm a tall woman and have a big foot...size 12. The other two with me got some good shoes though.

I drove out here, 30 miles and arrived at 8:30pm on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022. They were closed. Do you realize how expensive gas is right now? Ridiculous. Please update your hours .

I came to this store with my family to finally buy some shoes after wearing the same pairs for years now. Entering the store I ask one of the associates who’s name I believe is Janet for her recommendation on shoes. She was extremely helpful and recommended me some really comfortable pairs of shoes. In the end I bought 3 pairs for myself and some more for my family. I would come back to this store to buy more shoes in the future.

Very bad experience. I purchased a pair of Sketchers GoWalk shoes about a month ago. Wore them for the first time last week. Left shoe didn't feel right. After looking closely, the insert in the left shoe was for a right shoe. So I had a pair of shoes with two right inserts. Should be no big deal right? Went back to the store yesterday and inquired about a new insert. First question was "Do you have your receipt?" I don't. But they always ask for my phone number and email so I can get rewards with purchases. I offered my phone number. Manager (Carlos) said that won't work. "There isn't anything I can do for you", Carlos said. So now I have a $100 pair of shoes that I can't wear. "Not their problem", Carlos says. So BEWARE!!! No customer service at this store! I wasn't even asking for a new pair of shoes. I just wanted a correct insert. "We can't help you", Carlos said. "Call customer service", Carlos said. I asked for the phone number. "Google It", Carlos said. WOW!!!

Went to purchase one pair of shoes. The clerk on duty Annelouis Klu knocked our socks off. ( no pun intended) This young lady knows the proper shoes for the customers need. Instead of purchasing one pair of shoes, we purchased 5 pair of shoes. Super great customer service!! Thank you so much.

I shopped last night with my wife and son. Great service from what I believe was the manager. She really helped my son find the shoes he wanted. Despite another family shopping where the gentleman was very rude and loud with his wife and yelled at this woman. He clearly had the wrong attitude. He even told my wife to move when he wanted to get past her, the staff was alot cooler tempered than I. We will definitely be coming back, the selection and service was better than our past experiences despite this customer.

Went into this store the person on the counter very rude and no help at all when ask about prices stated lrice is marked shoes where supposed to be new they was dirty looked as if they had been worn ask about that and was told the floors are very dirty in here and that is just where people have tried them on. My feeling is if its that dirty first clean your store second thing you need to do if you don't like your job get another one. Did not buy anything and will not be back. Lost another customer great job.
