You have me wait over 90 minutes to do a transfer? I’m trying to purchase a home and I’m quite sick of you guys. Fortunately I have options and going to a local credit union. Goodbye 22 years of loyalty & adios to these main stream banks that clearly do not know what it’s like to help their customers. I’ve heard they put priority on people with high level accounts. I literally keep this account only since I’ve had it since I was a teen.

Beuracrautic disaster. Slow and unpleasant experience. They focus more on Covid prevention procedures than on actual banking. Line goes to the door, reminds me of 3rd world countries....disaster !!

They really lost my foreign currency. The whole purpose of sending it to the branch is for easy pickup. Been here for an hour. 15-20 ppl waiting in line. Seriously guys?

This is absolutely the worst bank in Charlotte! Tellers are incompetent abd rude. I drive past it 10 additional minutes to get better service!

One of the worst Bank of America's I have been to. The customer service desk is terribly slow. I had scheduled an appointment for 11:30am and didn't get taken care of until 11:55am. There were plenty of other people waiting in the lobby with only 3 bankers seeing customers. One of the bankers walked out of the bank while I was waiting in line. The teller desk was also a nightmare, only one teller working the counter with a line of 8-10 people. They need to get more employees.

I used to love this place but Lord has their service gone way down. I'm not sure if it's pandemic related but why oh why do they not have a person just for the drive thru??? It's a crazy long wait and when o finally reach the window is like 4 people, 2 which are standing around while the other two attend. I get deposit taken but given to one of the ladies already working with other people!!! Like what is happening! Needless to say I only come to this location when the plaza location is closed

Worst Bank !!! The slowest service you can get is available free at this bank !!! Took 3 hours to do a wire transfer. Had to wait 2 hours in the lobby. Will close my bofa account soon ! Worst experience

I went in this store for depositing a check that required me to be in store. I was waiting for 5 minutes for someone to swipe left and right on an iPad screen, until they tell me “the system is down”, and leave. 5 min later they come back to give me a receipt for it being done. I would just expect a more “easy-flow-system” in simple everyday things, and preventing iPads or faulty software. The store also looked very dull and had no decor or changes for the holidays. I feel that would improve the aesthetic of the store.

I would have give negative star if possible. The representatives at bank were so busy that they didn’t answer any call. After visiting bank we found that there were only 3 customers in bank. Asking why bank didn’t answer any call, the manager said answering call is not their duty. Bank of America app is not working to schedule appointment even bank representatives do not answer accurately.

This morning I stopped at the Bank of America branch at 29 and Harris Blvd in Charlotte NC. I found a long line of customers waiting inside the bank and only two people working the counter I note one of them was for business customers . I do not blame the two employees working the counter as they were doing the best they could do in helping customers. I was among a number of people walking out after waiting a reasonable amount of time and not moving up in the line. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. This is not a good look for Bank of America.
