Poor customer service. We was waiting for over 30 min but it was only 3 people on the line. They don’t speak to anyone either. When it was my turn lashanda had a bad attitude like me waiting is her fault. Then when I get there she moves me to the side and I asked politely how long and she gave me a face like I wasn’t suppose to ask when I’ve already been here for 30 min waiting

This bank is terrible, you will regularly wiat over an hour just to withdraw cash or deposit a check. I watched a person sit in line for an hour and a half to get a 10 and two 5s. They have no respect for appointment times, if you schedule one for 10 they wont even look at you unil 10:30. Which is ridiculous considering if YOU'RE not there within 15 minutes of the appointment its given to someone else. Their strategy for dealing with customers is asking them to be patiend isntead of doing their job and actually resolving the issue.

I scheduled appointment for 11:30 am and reached there at 11:25 am. They made me wait for over an hour before a banker spoke to me. No professionalism of respecting the scheduled appointment and a complete waste of time. Please visit other branches if you want work done on-time. Also the lobby manager did not even ask me what I am there for and my wait became longer for a small task. Very bad experience at this branch.

I walked in after a dentist appointment with creekside dental nearby There was a Manger by the name of SETH ASANTE who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and patient. I was most impressed with his ability to multi task As he assisted me with my questions he promptly addressed customers entering the bank and routed them to their area of need. I do not take time to write reviews however, today I give exception because of the level of care experienced that day. Seth mentioned that he will be at another BOA at south end, this disappointed me because of the poor customer reviews I see on google.

Even if you have appointment, still you have to wait for long so that an attendant is available. Secondly, they said they don’t have any answers to my questions right now but someone will call me today, but no one called. This is the closest BOA from my home so visited here, but disappointed!!!

I tried contacting the bank for 2 days and no one picked up the phone. I ended up calling the 800 number and both my mother and myself spoke to 3 different supervisors on how to add me as a joint to her account! My mother recently had a stroke and had mobility issues and I dont live near the bank so coordinating a time that we could both be there was was difficult. We were both told, again, by 3 different supervisors that if my mother went to the bank she could start her half of the paperwork and I could come down later and complete my half. My Mother went down after a Dr appointment. They refused to start the paperwork work and told her that we both needed to be there at the same time. She asked for the manager and the manager was rude and refused to help. I had my sister put me on the phone and the manager had her put it on speaker because she wouldn’t touch the phone . I explained the situation and she kept talking over me and to other people as I was speaking. I explained that we tried to call ahead but no one would answer the phone. She replied that they don’t answer the phone anymore that they’re too busy and short staffed. I again tried to explain what I was told to see if there was anyway she could accommodate us and she said she’s not dealing with this and walked off. I had my sister ask her name and she shouted back Jennifer and again walked off. Who is she, a manager, to tell a customer that she’s not dealing with this! That’s her job! She had no business treating us like that and her response was disgusting! When I called customer service to complain about her I was told that there was no Jennifer there that the managers name was Valerie! So I guess lying and disrespectful attitudes is something that comes easy to this branch!

Poor customer service. Branch had 2 customers inside and they pretty much refused to help with an international wire transfer. “Go home and do it online, she said” without even taking time to understand the complexity of the issue. They were very nice when I was opening my account, they sounded like they were going to bend over backwards for me…now I know better.

I experienced something at this location that I've never experienced before at any time in my life. First, Bank of America has been my bank for about twenty years. I had an appointment to see someone about a banking matter. When I showed up, I seen the person behind the podium to let them know I was there for my appointment. The person, after I showed proof of my identity, went out and said something to the security guard outside, who then came in with the person. The guard looked directly in my eyes, then stood eye shot to the office I was in. I could see the guard in the reflection of the divider in the office. The guard kept looking in the office. I did let the person, now helping me, what I noticed. Coincidence, I really don't think so but possible. But it's time to find a new bank for me.

Just Moved From NY so i was immediately looking for a bank.. Found this one 2 min from my house.. went in and the staff was very friendly!! Great experience so i went back a couple more times but this time i met Nigina and she went above and beyond to help when she still had a appointment in the next 15 min. She opened my account and informed me that there is alot of benefits iam not taking advantage of which would be very beneficial to me. Took her time and we proceeded to enroll in the Platinum Membership. Excellent customer service and led by Kevin who has all the answers!! Def recommend
