Came by and ate in. Worst one so far. The cashier was not really rude but sounded like she was irritated and didn’t really wanna deal with anyone. Tables wasn’t clean, floors wasn’t swept. Also the drink machines hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I am hoping that it was just some fruit punch that spilled out and not actually blood. (See photo )I know cameras are not allowed but this is ridiculous.

Ordered a mobile order and get to the drive thru to be told the employees who opened the store are not trained together the broiler therefore only fried food available…. Why would you let someone have the key to a restaurant to be able to open it but they’re not trained properly?? Why allow online orders to go through if you don’t have burgers to serve?? This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and had issues!

Stopped by this afternoon. The line was long and it took I believe 20-25 minutes between the time I ordered and I made it to the window. Only two guys were working, they were clearly busy but stay very polite and apologized several times for the wait. The food was warm and really good. I hope they get help soon.

It’s luck of the draw when this Burger King is open. I went at 10 am this morning and waited in the drive through for someone to respond but no answer. I had to actually call them to ask if they were open. No sign outside to let folks know or anything. I hadn’t something similar happen closer to Covid so I let it slide. But this Burger King might as well close. Sometimes they are open, sometimes they aren’t. You never know.

I went there and ordered 2 Big KIng combos. And what i got was a shocker, They gave me 2 whopper Jr.'s with cheese. We knocked on the window cause there inside was still closed. And don't see why that is cause the mask mandate is over. And a girl came to the door and we explained the situation to her. And this is what she had to say. We are out of the wrappers for the Big King and what we got was the Big King burgers .What a nasty attitude. Wrong answer girl. The Big King is the size of a Whopper and not a Whopper Jr. All they did was leave of the tomato and slap a little bit of the Big King sauce on the burgers. We will never ever go back there again. A big disappointment..

Got food poison from the Rodeo Whopper. I think it was the special sauce. Sick for 6 days... It did Taste good though. Good service. And my illness was diagnosed by a doctor at the VA Health Center in Charlotte. Not a joke...

Just another standard Burger King. Nothing special. The whopper tasted good, unfortunately it was more cold rather than warm. The fountain drink machine display was dirty and greasy. Good place to fill your belly on a quick stop if there's no other options in the area.

Can not complain about the meal. Everything was hot and correctly prepared. There were four cars online in front of mine. It took 45 minutes to get to mine (I really wanted their meal), I did looked at the clock, from the time I pulled to order kiosk and the time they took my order another 5 minute wait.

Their whoppers are delicious... but every time we've come here, which is quite often, they're closed hours early, with a line of cars waiting and then leaving when nothing happens. I understand the dine in hours might be different, but the drive thru and Google Maps advertises as open til midnight. Don't advertise as such if you're just going to close early almost every day? The system seems to go down frequently too while there's a rush, and at this point despite how understanding we've tried to be, it's probably not worth coming here anymore--there's always some kind of drama going on. :(
