I stumbled upon this place when I first moved to the area and I was instantly satisfied! The guys here are great and always go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of and any questions I have are answered. The owner is very sweet and always out helping his guys. I’ve had to visit this shop multiple times within a week because of worries with my car and every single time they tell me to come right in and are always eager to help with no judgment. Highly recommend!! Service: Oil change

Brought my leased car in on a Thursday for an oil change. Left for a trip the next day, and while driving on the highway in Ohio, my hood started smoking. Since the car is still under a lease agreement, I had it towed to the nearest Honda dealership. The tech called to tell me that the radiator was punctured, and that he found a socket from a wrench in the fan housing, the size of which exactly matched the puncture in my radiator. Having never had any work done to my car other than oil changes at this location, the only explanation is that one of the oil change techs carelessly left or dropped a socket under my hood, leading to the damage to the radiator. When I first came back to discuss this and seek a resolution, the owner was not there, but manager Chad promised to pass my information along to the owner, Paul. After a few days with no phone call, I came back and was able to speak to Paul. He was absolutely unapologetic and kept insisting that "when my guys drop a tool, we keep looking til we find it." Obviously that is untrue, as there is no where else the socket could have come from other than from this establishment. He did not even want to see the socket or the damaged radiator, both of which I have in my possession. Needless to say, Paul is unwilling to admit that the negligence of his techs caused me to have to replace a radiator on a leased vehicle, and he pretty much suggested that I and the tech from Honda must be lying. Quite a shoddy way to run a business. I suppose I am lucky that nothing worse happened. Be very cautious if you decide to bring your car here, but I suggest you look elsewhere for an oil change. Valvoline was great. Antonio treated me with great respect. He offered a cleaning additives. 2014 hemi with 73k I thought it might be wise to go ahead with it so I did. No issues. I don't normally go to places for my oil changes. I do them myself. But I think I may be going here from now on.

My mom and I went in yesterday for new wipers and help installing them. The two men who helped us were incredibly helpful and thorough. They even filled up my mom's wiper fluid no charge. Needless to say, Valvoline is our only choice for car care assistance. Highly recommend.
