Best tool rental service in Aurora, Colorado (CO) 2024

This was my 4th stop looking for a battery terminal replacement, and they had it. The guys there were really helpful and nice. Really good experience here. ~John

Took me 4 calls and over 20 minutes to get an answer for a 3/4 heater supply hose. Website says basically every location should have it. The other store on Colfax said you should have it. The girl who answered the phone didn't even have a basic grasp on fractions or how to read hose sizes. Then continued to help other customers while setting the phone down. And proceeding to help other customers without answering my questions. Then after 2 more minutes of background noise. Finally placed me BACK on hold without aby update or anything. This is some of most ridiculous and unacceptable customer service I've ever received ~Darryl
