The worst CVS I've ever been to had two people who are cashiers who made fun of me I'm a Hispanic person and they were too racist.

The employees at this CVS Pharmacy are totally ill-tempered and monstrous. They never, ever process my prescriptions on time. When I call in, they act annoyed, bothered, and unbelievably rude. One incredibly churlish pharmacy employee told me I could go to another pharmacy to have my medications filled on time. When I asked for her name, she initially refused, but then she gave me her name exactly as 'Madona,' which I suspect isn't her real name. Through the entire call, she was talking to in-store customers and putting me on hold repeatedly in order to get me to go away. At the very end, she hung up on me! This is the level of service and attitude I have come to expect from CVS Pharmacy. Another time I called in, a badmouthed young woman who would not give me her name kept pouring pills into bins and making loud noises over the phone in order to pretend not to hear me. This woman told me that I had to wait until I completely ran out of my medications before I could pick them up. They wouldn't even process them automatically. According to her, I have to call and speak to them every single month in order to have my prescriptions filled! She also had the audacity to tell me I shouldn't go to work in order to pick up my prescriptions. This insulting employee hung up on me as well. Don't get me started on the wait times and disarray when you go to pick up. Half the time when you get there, they haven't even started processing your prescriptions, and this is for scripts called in the day before! The pharmacy employees here are disgusting, uncivil, and disrespectful. They have belittled me and members of my family numerous times. Every time my medication refills are nearing, I get increased anxiety and panic attacks in anticipation of the crude treatment I will be receiving from CVS Pharmacy's horrible and abusive employees. CVS Pharmacy, you are corroding and battering my health.

Horrible pharmacy. Never picks up the phone. Under filled my sons prescription. I was on hold for 2 hours and no one picked up!! Absolutely horrible. We switched to Publix. Also they tell you prescription is ready and then have you waiting 30 mins for pick up. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

This used to be an excellent pharmacy and now it’s an disaster. I wanted to switch to another one and yet again I didn’t, I gave em 2 more chances and dang the pharmacy is terrible!!!!! You can be on hold for 1 hr and after 1hr when they pick up they just hang up the phone . No need to call this pharmacy because they will never answer! If the inspection would come to this cvs they would faaaail!

This has done it for me. I pulled up at the drive thru at 1:20. One customer was being helped and then one in front of me (total of 3 cars). I was the last car in line as there was no one behind me. As I’m pulling up, I see the lady putting the closed for lunch sign up. Bad enough no matter what time you go, you have to still wait a long time to pick up prescription even after they notify you it’s ready. I’ll be taking my business some where else.

202 GRAYSON, is MY CVS. You know what I'm talkin about, when I say that. The pharmacists knows you by name when (AFTER) you pick up in person every month for 6mos. Thats only 6visits.. in 6mos, who's brain is that effective?? LMAO **sorry I dont know the front staff that well, im sure they are terrific too. ; )

Worst Pharmacy in the area. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The wait time for your prescription is 3+ hours, I’m some cases next day.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. The wait time is always long and the staff always seem to be unorganized. Moving forward I will rather go out of my way to go to a different Pharmacy that's not near my home then to deal with this caliber of service.
