The posted hours are obviously optional at this McDonald's. Our party was one of five different vehicles waiting to order in the drive in. Others drove away after waiting too long. Dine in was still closed.

The lobby was trashy. The bathrooms not clean. We ordered using the kiosk. Our order was mostly correct, but there was no sweet tea. Our sauce didn't come out. When we asked, they said they were out off Buffalo sauce. The food was good, but service and cleanliness were lacking.

This McDonald's is usually very good about getting your order right. But this morning I wanted a sausage biscuit, they instead have me a McGriddle (basically a pancake biscuit to me) I do not like pancakes so it was very disappointing not to mention the cold gravy.

A bit of a wait in drive thru. Order was spot on with friendly staff. Don't forget to donate to Ronald McDonald House(s) that provide much needed service and aid to families with very ill and terminally ill children so that proper medical treatment can be had with family support present right there with the child.

McDonalds burgers cost more and they are so small they should be called sliders not burgers. The buns are smaller, the burgers are smaller and thinner. In 20 minutes there, and apparently before arriving, not a single table was wiped or bussed and the LOUD apparently manager female was heard across the restaurant constantly... The order kiosk asks for a number that you set on your table but no delivery is made, she (the manager) just stands at the counter bellowing the order number out... why the table number then?

We had a BOGO coupon. Decided to use it yesterday, 7/23/22. Arrived at the restaurant around 11:45 for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the dining room was pretty full (so many indoor restaurants are closed nowadays.) The lobby and tables were pretty clean. No one was waiting at the counter. A very polite happy woman greeted us. We placed our grill order (you see if you do a grill order, and make just a small change, say no onions - your food gets made for you and doesn't come out cold.) Received our order pretty quickly and sat down to a great, warm quarter pounder with cheese with a nicely toasted bun. Would highly recommend this location.

We stopped here on our way to our resort on HHI. We had been driving awhile and hadn't eaten lunch. So we thought we would grab something quick to hold us over. So he checked his app for any specials or coupons. They had one to buy one and get one for a dollar. And of course we had to have a large 🍟. We were going to get 2 quarter pounders and a large fry. We pulled in and the line for the drive thru was honestly about 15 cars deep with 2 lines. We have a 6mth old baby and he decided to just run in and see how it goes. It didn't look too crowded inside. We stayed in the truck with it running and he went in. It had been about 15mins and I was wondering what was going on. He texted after being inside for 20 mins and asked if we wanted to come in. He had placed the order on the kiosk and was waiting. After 30 mins he saw the car that we would have been behind and watched it leave the drive thru with their order. And he was still waiting. After 45-50mins he same out with the food. Let's just say it wasn't good. We expected with a wait that long that the food would be fresh and hot. The quarter pounders were lukewarm and the buns were hard, especially the bottom bun. The cheese was dried and glued to the burger. The fries were OK but the burgers were a bust and waste. Not sure what's going on with this McDonald's but they need a re-vamp.

The wait wasn't long considering short staffing, burger and drink was good, the fries were not. I questioned the department score just based on the cleanliness of the drive through window.
