Best Glass & Mirror replaced two broken window panes for us - one large sliding glass and one casement style. The crew did a great job of installation, caulking, clean-up & disposal of the broken glass. This is the second job they performed for us.

Sebastian came out and looked at our windows to see which ones needed to be replaced. He measured everything and explained which ones needed to be done right now and which ones could wait another year. He said they would be about 3 weeks, which that was very accurate. Two nice gentleman (sorry, I didn't get their names) came and installed the glass and did a great job. I would recommend this company. Also, I called 10 other companies in our area and nobody responded back, so I appreciated their communication.

Sebastian came to look at two windows that were replaced about 5 yrs ago and were turning white again from the sun. No problem-we will replace them. That was about 6 weeks ago and our phone calls are not being returned!! So much for good service.

I called early yesterday, received a prompt call-back (they are still operating remotely and I had to leave a message). They were able to come that afternoon and remove my large contractor-grade master bath mirror. The guys called before coming, always appreciated, they were friendly, polite, fast, and neat. Very happy with the company.

I would give no stars if I could. I paid the deposit for a replacement window in August 2021 and it is January 2022 and no window. No one answers most of the time and when they do there are excuses or they will call back and never so. I am now trying to get my deposit back if someone would answer the phone.

Our experience was excellent from quote to completion. We had the glass replaced on a window that we accidentally cracked with our hurricane shutters. We also had a patio door with grids in the glass that we had them replace with clear glass for better outdoor visibility. Their team did a beautiful job on both replacements and left our home looking better and cleaner than when they came in! We could not be happier! Thank you Best Glass!!!

Outstanding service by Sebastian and his team. Though they couldn't find the measurements that were originally taken back in December, he came thru by coming out personally, measured again, and one week later, the large mirror was installed in one of our villa's room. His two installers, Cody and Brock communicated their eta, were professional, and pleasant. We are not on the island full time, so it was very refreshing to have Best Glass & Mirror do this work. Thank you All! PS this was the second glass company we reached out to for the job, it should of been our first call!

I was told by a Local Hilton Head contractor that BG&M was THE place to contact/use to have a 3x6 window piece of glass replaced. This occurred over 3 months ago and I am still waiting for the trim to be installed and the job completed. I was dealing with Sebastian and Jennifer. Every time I speak with her, I am told Sebastian will get back to me - NO RESPONSE. I have left countless messages and sent numerous emails. This was not the level of professionalism I was expecting from these folks, especially after hearing such terrific reviews about them. STILL WAITING!!!!!
