Worst experience ever told us we were getting an upgrade. Paid the upgrade fee. Never got the phone and won't give us our money or the phone and they want to give us the $1,000 phone when that's not the one we wanted Will be switching to different phone service and they also need to retrade their employees because obviously they don't know what they're talking about

Switched from Verizon last week... Mistake! Got a phone I realized I did not like. Tried to exchange it for something else a few times at this store but they were no help at all. I was told to switch the SIM card with the phone I bought for my son for his Christmas gift (first phone ever) and give him the phone I didn't like. If you need help call the 800 number and talk to the group in Tampa. They were very helpful.

On 10/13/21 in the late afternoon, I walked into the Spring Hill store on Spring Hill avenue, as I wanted to purchase/upgrade my phone. There were several employees behind the counter and only one customer being helped at the time. I am very respectful and courteous, therefore, I just smiled and said hello while waiting. Two of the employees who wasn’t helping anyone at the time completely ignored me as though I didn’t exist, they both were aware I was next on line, but was having their own conversation, they could have at least acknowledged me and told me they will be right with me in a few moments, or anything for that matter. The one gentleman looked up at me twice, but no smile, no comment, he just looked right through me. I stood there for over 10 minutes feeling like a fool, I was so upset they were treating me this way, so I just walked out, and even then, they said absolutely nothing. I am a 55 year old adult, I have been with T-Mobile for many years, and felt so disrespected, I never experienced such poor management from T-Mobile before, even if I was a nasty person, I still should have been acknowledged, but I am a very respectful one and they all set the tone for the rest of my day in a negative way. I ended up having to go online tonight and do it my self, which I absolutely did not want to do. That team would definitely benefit from attending a customer service training class.

Worst experience I've had in a T-mobile store. I was told to do things a certain way. I did exactly what the sales associate told me to do. I ordered a new phone to trade in for another phone and I was told I would walk out the door not owing a penny other then taxes. Turns out the day I go in to trade they asked for over $500 and they didn't bother to tell me they didn't have the phone in stock. Waste of time!!

My experience with the in-store personnel was excellent then turned into POOR. They told me my phone would arrive on October 7th. They were "2" iPhone 13 Pro's. I looked on UPS and it says "Your order is estimated to arrive 10/7/2021". I read further and it said, "Order received Oct 4, Estimated delivery Oct 7, and shipping October 11th:. How can I received my phones on October 7 if the shipping date is Oct 11 ??? I called this store and explain it to the store manager. She remember me because she sold me those two phones. I told her the above, and she said she could NOT tell me when my phones will be delivered on the phone. I have to drive to her store......which is completely ridiculous. I called customer service and they were more than glad to help me. YES my estimated delivery date is UNKNOWN. As of today Oct 6, the shipping date is some date from Oct 6 thru Oct 11. the end

The staff here is very slick and doesn't really care about the consumer. All they want to do.is sell.you something. We were double charged on a 200 dollar bill. Bought a new phone we wanted and the manager charged our personal debit card for another billing cycle. . All said and done without our knowledge we.paid 2 phone bills and bought a new lphone. Costing us a little.over $800. Very displeased and deffinitly will be getting ahold of a district manger.

Manny Soto is the worst customer service representative T Mobile has in it's employ. I visited his location this evening to pick up my warranty replacement tablet as directed by T Mobile. I visited the store yesterday and the staff told me they didnt have a replacement, but offered to get one sent. I agreed because it was after 7pm and I had a long work day, and another long day today. After picking up my son, I stopped in to pick up my replacement as scheduled by Chris and Owen the previous evening. Manny took a caustic stance immediately when I asked if Owen was working and responded "he went home for the day,what do you need?" I explained my situation, he took my device and told me that he doesn't replace damaged devices. I explained again that I was there because T Mobile advised me to go there for a replacement. He informed me that my device was from a phone sale and it's policy not to exchange at the store. I restated that I was advised to visit the store, and that my replacement would be in today. Even if I had bad information in this situation, Manny the store manager did not make me feel like a valued T Mobile customer. He also seemed to not care that my 4 year old was present and was observing our transaction. As a father, and as a businessman I will not do business with this location again as long as Manny Soto is the manager. I Work for a large company where customer service is the first priority. This is not the case for Mr. Soto. I do not recommend doing business here.

I have been a long time t-mobile customer but after moving to spring hill, a friend suggested that i switch to ATT for better service. Well, that was a truly awful experience and within 2 weeks i stopped at this store and encountered two of the most genuine, honest salespeople i have ever met. Nick C and his store manager James K were awesome. They helped me easily transfer my service back to t-mobile, transfer my important things to my new phone and were just all around great guys to do business with. There was never any pressure to up-sell me and they both really listened to what i said and got me back on track with t-mobile which i never should have left to begin with. Now, we all know that cell service in this part of the state sucks in general, but i have more bars and fewer dropped calls since i switched back. They can even look up your address to see if you are close to a tower and if not, they offer a free cell booster. These guys are great. Don't hesitate. Plus their all in one plans leave no surprise when your bill comes. Sometimes, cheaper isn't always better. Thank you Nick and James for your outstanding customer service.

Jessica and Nick were amazing and the store manager was pretty awesome as well. Went on customer appreciation day, was offered food and drink while I was getting my upgrade. Upgraded my phone after 4 years, Nick and Jessica too their time with me, helped me pick out a phone and accessories to go with it.

This T-Mobile store is a hidden gem. I stumbled upon it due to the sign outside.very nice staff and both managers helped me out with everything and even told me about a cool device for my car. Unlike the other t-mobile on Cortez blvd which is always hard to deal with,wish I knew about this store earlier Want fast service .No wait. Great cell phone experience !! this is the T-Mobile for you.
