Went to get a new phone because I was told by some other boost person that the new sim card wouldn't work in my phone, that I am needed an upgrade. Well, the young man Justin working there put in a new sim card and said everything was fine. Upgraded the system, no lies, truth, and good advice! Thank you Justin!

This is the best Boost Mobile place around. Justin is wonderful and went way beyond to help my son get his first cell phone. So friendly, professional and informative. Prices are reasonable and great plans. I have had Boost for years now and will never switch. I highly recommend Justin and boost mobile to everyone!

I went to switch my service and yo bring my parents update with new smart phones. John was super helpful and made the process painless. He handled everything including getting mine and my mothers numbers switched. He indeed took very good care of us. I will only be seeing him for any future upgrades.

This company is a rip off I bought my iPhone through apple not boost, went and turned it on at boost their service is horrible! So I decided to switch carriers well I can’t they lock all phones to there company only! You have to keep service on that same device for one year! Not acceptable. I went to this location and I told another customer that came in that you have to keep the device for a year on the same phone before they will unlock it. Well the girl that worked there called the police on us after we left. I didn’t yell or anything just let a person know of their policy! I can’t even make a call and look on the internet at the same time. Horrible service and horrible people. Beware they say no contract but they force u to stay a year with the same device!
