I was visiting from out of town and stopped by for a few items it was within a hour of closing As I was passing the meat department the butcher was walking out I asked him do you have soup bones ? He cheerfully replied yes How many do you need? Really!! how did they come They're in the back I'll cut them for you on the saw! I was totally shocked & blown away by the level of service At such a late hour 5 stars to you ***** I did not get your name but you made our first night here enjoyable & my Big ole Boxer dog appreciates your kindness In this day& time it's the little things that shouldn't go un recognized I wish you were in my local store in Pensacola Thanks!

Seldom are they out of something I need. Store is immaculate, floor help don't just give you a location when you ask for a product they take you there. Cashiers super friendly and baggers will assist you out to your car. I'm in their store 3 times a week

Store is clean cashiers are friendly, but none that works behind the counters sandwich/meat/seafood/bakery ever smiles and they process customers like livestock their not rude per se but they never smile or seem truly happy to be there. Also why don’t they ever greet people when they walk in? I thought it was a pleasure to shop there?

This is only pertaining to the deli, customer service to customers who want cold cuts so terrible. I understand the sub shop is busy and online orders are are new source. Often I see workers on the slicers having conversations and people waiting.

What's not to love about Publix! Clean, friendly and helpful employees, delish foods from all department. 1 star taken away only because food cost went up tremendously... inflation

Love Publix only thing I hate meat way to expensive, but soda coca cola going on 2 weeks buy 2 2liters get 2 2liters free they run that sale atleast 1x a month sometimes even more each Publix kinda known for there own product but all the publics have best deli"s an bakerys

It's alway's an experience to go to the publix stores, because each one may be alittle different than the other's which makes it a little adventurous. But I like taking my time walking around each aisles to see👀if I 👀something different. 👍🤗

I order from here a lot, and for the most part the store is nice, the staff is friendly and the food is good, but I'm only giving 3 stars because my order has been messed up several times and today I got what appeared to be cold, not cooked bacon in my salad. They said it is precooked, but it was pale pink and floppy. It came this way on a toasted sandwich as well.

Good place to go for some groceries when you need them. The staff is very nice and helpful and the layout of the store is setup like any other Publix. Whether your going in to grab a fast bite to eat or to grab groceries this is a nice store to go to.

This is an old school Publix. If you grew up in Florida and were born in the last century I think you will know what I mean. The layout, curb parking and entrance all scream that this must have been the first Publix in Spring Hill. And we love it! Although we shop here regularly, we stopped in for ice cream on this occasion. The freezers were full of yummy Publix Premium ice cream plus we were able to get very fresh bananas out of the produce area for our sundae deserts. The clerk who checked us out was so very nice. I think her name was Jenni? She was kind to the older man in front of us and then treated us like family also. We were so impressed by her! Thank you Publix!
