The worst customer service I have ever had since I moved here 4 months ago, Winn Dixie has nicer people. I’ve moved from Tampa and my son is a manger in Tampa locations and they give top quality customer service Recognition when checking out or in general walking around. The young girl Felicia at register just had head down and attitude and could tell she didn’t want to be there and said nothing when I came up to her empty lane. No Hi, no paper or plastic and when done no one asked if I need help out. Isn’t that why we pay more and shop at Publix. For quality service and to be treated as people and not dead space. I run a business locally and would never have an employee that was lacking customer service skills. Horrible experience, district manager needs to call a store meeting and re-illiterate this policy from Publix to all. For lack of losing quality shoppers that are local business owners and part of this community.

Great store and incredible clean. While I like practically every publix, this one perhaps has the best deli. I go often for lunch. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend their Havana bold. It's a great sub with just the right amount of spice to put a little pep in your step.

Publix is a very nice store! I can usually find whatever I'm looking for. I went to Walgreens 1st to find something medical. Then went to Publix to get a few things. I decided to see if they had a similar medical product like I just bought. Glad I did because it was almost half the cost! My only disappointment was missing a roll of braunschweiger as opposed to just a small pack of sliced pieces and cheap sardines packed in water. They had tons of other special sardines, but my pets don't need gourmet! LOL! That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Very disappointed in this Publix.the produce is old not well stocked .I have been a Publix customer for over 25 years .this is the store I like the least .I go miles out of my way to another Publix to avoid this store .they could take pointers from the store in marathon.I hope it will get it's act together.It doesn't deliver or have curb side pick up .do we in weeki Wachee not deserve better ? Maybe the manager will read this a get ideas from other Publix stores.

Best Publix in Hernando county. The bakery staff is wonderful and have made so many wonderful cakes for my family. Very friendly staff and always their to help.

Oops someone was not checking the chicken strips. They looked so good in the deli. We went for long drive and decided to get some of the great deli items. So I got 6 over 1 lb. Almost $10.00. We got in the car and drove. The meat was so dry and the breading super hard. Just an FYI

The sincere customer service I experienced with Aleese at Glenn Lakes store while ordering subs yesterday was so refreshing and appreciated. I hope her bosses take time to recognize her by my review because she deserves it. I've worked in customer service before and know its not an appreciated field and ESPECIALLY today. Always great customer service when I am being checked out. Very patient and in the past, when waiting in line it was never for long periods of time. Other food stores you will always wait in line and one of the biggest issues I've seen, they will only have one cash register open. If they do end up opening up another register it's something that doesn't happen right away. My personal experience with Publix they always have plenty of registers open and available with the CASHIER IS AT THEIR REGISTER AND AVAILABLE TO CHECK OUT THE NEXT CUSTOMER. Key words capitalized. Very convenient off the main road. High visibility. You would never expect Publix this far “out” in the “stix” but it is a very pleasant surprise. Same quality you come to expect and appreciate with all the other publix around the area. They haven’t finished the south road so it’s still dirt and bumpy so be careful at night.
