Horrible Service We Made The Deposit For Our Living Room Set And Still Had To Wait Over A Month And A Half To Receive The Furniture. Not Only That But When They Did Bring The Furniture They Figured It Would Be Okay To Deliver The Furniture After Store Hours🙄. Very Disrespectful And Inconsiderate. Some Cripsy Mf That Looked Like A Reject Don Cheedle With A Milk Dud Head And Family Dollar Suit Literally Banged On My Door For A Payment That Was A Week Late. Then Called My Apartment Manager I Guess Hoping To Get Me In Trouble. We Asked For A New Set And It Smelled Like Midlew. NEVER AGAIN

I moved from one place to another. They said we'll hold everything for you and bring it back when you move in. They should have been here the other day but never showed up. I called around the time they said they will be here and all they could say was. "The driver is on the road coming to you but we'll short staffed." I waited all day, I didn't go to work because I didn't want to miss them but no one showed up. Now I have to wait until the store open to find out where is my furniture. I hope they didn't drop it off to someone else.

This place is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!! The staff harasses customers all the time, they take money out of your account and still come to your house to intimidate you after you have paid!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!! ESPECIALLY THAT NEW YOUNG FELLOW NAMED CHRIS HE HAS NO MANNERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!!!!!! I’m telling everyone how awful they are!!

I have purchased a bed set from this location before so I went back ! This is the biggest mistake i have made ! I paid my first payment the same day I came in the store to order and the payment cleared within seconds ! My furniture was suppose to have been delivered between 12-2. I called the store and the manager transferred me to someone else who told me my furniture will now be delivered between 2-4 because they were behind ! I called again because here it is 3:58PM and the guy I spoke with earlier stated the drivers just got to the location to pick my furniture up and he is going to check to see how long before they deliver it !! He stated the guys ran out of gas and have been behind all day ! This is my LAST TIME DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!!! All of my plans for today has been pushed back !!!

Horrible place told them I was going to be late paying and that I would pay for the week I missed it and the next one combine he said no they couldn't do it. But in the papers they do late fees . they wanted me to pay one week of the payment now if i say I don't have it how could I pay for it thats why I dont like rent a center they dont wanna work with yall

They ARE SICKNEN AS HELL THEY CALL BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU ALREADY GET 2 EMAILS and THEYLL CALL YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR PAYMENT TO TELL YOU AGAIN THEY CALL REPEATEDLY LIKE THEY ARE BILL COLLECTORS ILL NEVERRRRRRRR RENT FROM THEM AGAIN! WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH THEN IF YOU DONT ANSWER FROM THEIR NUMBEE THEYLL CALL YOU OFF OTHER NUMBERS OR THEIR PERSONAL PHONES JUST FOR YOU TO PICK UP . THEY CALL YOUR REFERENCES AND DISCUSS PERSONAL INFORMATION ALSO.. THEYLL NEVER GET BUSINESS FROM ME OR MY FAMILY AGAIN!
