Great store! It's clean with friendly, helpful employee's. Never shop here on the week before school starts or the first few weeks of the semester because they'll be out of almost anything a college student would buy. That being said, it's a great place.

This location is usually spot on, but the staff’s attitude can really sour a customer’s experience. It was a Saturday night (06/25) and my daughter went to try on a bathing suit. The store closes at 10, but I guess the fitting rooms close at 9. There were no signs posted though, so my daughter proceeded to one of the fitting rooms. An employee stepped out from one of the rooms and was very abrupt with us. She blurted in an irritated tone that the fitting rooms close at 9, then walked away. No courtesy, no attempt to offer other options (like maybe you can come back tomorrow and we’d be happy to help you, etc.), just cut us off. I get that it’s late on a Saturday night, but your store is still open and you’re still on your shift. This is the rare exception with Target since their employees are usually top notch when it comes to customer service. I’m not upset about my daughter not being able to try on clothing. I’m disappointed at the lack of solid customer service that we’ve come to expect of Target. I’ve worked in apparel retail before, so I know how taxing it can be. But that’s never an excuse to let your guard down or your customers. Maybe a refresher on customer service would do them some good. And one star is harsh, but hopefully it sends Target a clear message.

If you think the parking lot is crazy, the store is crazier. The staff handles a lot of interesting customers and large quantity of sales. Target has a great selection of course, but the staff is what makes a different.

The Target app coupled with the drive up order pickup is amazing. I It makes the ease of placing an order so much easier and the flexible time pick up helps too. This system is so efficient and seamless I highly recommend it. I hope Target keeps this service always!

I’ve been using their drive up service for two years now and have loved it up until about 3 months ago. My orders have always been ready within two hours and most of the time a lot quicker than that but now my orders are not even ready until the next day. Even one item orders. It takes forever and what was once my favorite thing about target is now just frustrating. Customer Service has definitely gone down hill.

I was surprised to see how many reviews said this target is clean and organized! I spend most of my time in the woman’s clothing section so this is my experience in that department specifically. I’ve been going to this location for the past three years and have yet to see it organized. It seems they stuff so much merchandise in a small space it’s impossible to keep it looking nice. I feel bad for the employees who I’m sure are overwhelmed with the amount of product. With that being said the other departments seem to be decently put together. Not sure why the woman’s section is so out of sorts!

Great location and a huge Super Target. Very clean, friendly staff, and plenty of selection. Almost anything you need you will can find here. Great location in the middle of Utah County.

I come here a lot, lots of products to choose from but the parking lot is always hectic and hard to get out of. They stock product so close to the front registers that if there’s a line of like 5 people then you pretty much have nowhere to stand and it’s gets crowded quickly.
