They are very friendly and allow you to test all of their products. Brie was very helpful and answered all of our questions, and we were there for an hour! Even though we didn’t have any intention of purchasing a mattress, my wife and I ended up buying a California king mattress as a part of a sale they were having, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Not only are their products phenomenal, but their customer service is outstanding.

We just had our first buying experience with purple and it was perfect. Brie and Elise helped us and we're personable, upbeat, relatable and knowledgeable. We were given all the time we needed to really test out what we wanted and checkout was seamless and quick! We are excited for our new bed!

My mom, my sister, and I went into the purple store in Lehi to go look at their pillows yesterday. Their showroom is beautiful and Elise was there to greet us as we walked through the door. She was so friendly and asked us our names and how she could help us as soon as we got there! She showed us the different pillows and told us we could even go and try them out on the beds. She was so patient with us as we tried all the different sizes and we fell in love with the mattresses while we were there. My mom decided she needed a new mattress because they were so comfortable and would help her with her back pain. She even got an adjustable base to go with it! We each left with our own king size medium height pillow and can’t wait to try them out! We were there for 2 hours and Elise made us feel right at home, we were all laughing and talking by the end of our time there! Thank you Elise for your exceptional customer service!

I'd been hearing wonderful things about Purple mattresses both from family and from co-workers so I finally decided to go check out what the hype was all about. We went into the Lehi store front and Morgan W. was who helped me all along the way. She was great at answering questions I had, but also gave me time to try things out and decide for myself without any pressure if this was what I wanted. Watch and ask for deals because they had even better deals in store than what was advertised online. It has now been about a month and I LOVE my purple bed!

Instead of trying to get me to buy the most expensive things, she really saw to my needs for a mattress, frame, and pillow. I love what I purchased and I’ve had the best I’ve had in a while!

We recently visited to buy a new mattress and pillows, and the service was great! Elise was quick, detailed, and friendly with great recommendations on bed sizes. The showroom had plenty of beds to test with a great environment. The beds and pillows are fantastic, and if you need to change the pillow or bed size, calling customer service is quick and easy. We've recommended Purple to all our family and friends.

*not a review of product but of showroom experience.* They have every mattress ready to test, which is great. Elise was helpful in explaining the differences between the beds and which suited a hot (primarily) side sleeper like myself best. She didn't pressure anything, and I found a mattress I liked. I even had to call support as I gave an incorrect email, and they returned my call promptly and helped with no issue. I chose Purple as everyone I know who has one says they have no regrets. I may update this review when I finally receive the mattress, protector, sheets, and base. Hopefully it goes better than some of my other Purple Product experiences (first Gen pillow w/ leaky "air booster," purple blanket I returned, and my current sheets that have some holes after only a couple years of, frankly, too infrequent of washing). The seat cushion has been nice.

My partner and I had a great experience at the Purple Showroom in Lehi with Morgan! Morgan was knowledgeable, lead us through the complete product line, and gave great insights when we were in between bed choices. Previously, I had only done research online and wanted to see what the hype was all about so we stopped in and decided on a Hybrid King 3 for our next mattress purchase.

I needed a new bed after using a sleep number bed for 15 years. I decided to check our purple in Lehi. Melva is amazing and was very helpful. Melva was extremely patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I took several weeks to think things over and she was just as kind and helpful the second time as the first. The bed arrived sooner than expected. I've only slept on it for a week, but so far it feels great.
