Today 6/2/22 I shopped at the Dollar Tree in Ft. Myers. The cashier I believe to be the manager was having a discussion with another employees about guns at work. Then she said a man. Said she was well portion and asked if he knew what that ment. She begain to ring up my iteams and I begain to count them. I buy a lot and lose count. She got up set and Asked if I wanted to fight her about the number.I was keep track of what I bought and before this interaction not spoke to this lady. She was having a conversation with a fellow coworker. Before asking me this.. She was very rude and I answered I dont want to fight any one but I would surely take her up on the offer if she wanted.I felt safer dealing with the homeless out side your store than the worker in side that I gave my money to and was treated better. I understand not having enough workers but if you habe workers scaring off your customer s you lose all around. I shop there a lot but not any more.This seam like a thing she does a lot. She is about 48 - 50 Tan hair 5ft or so. Will call the head off as soon as I find the number. Thanks hope you can get her to under stand paying. for product pays her.

It used to be ok, but now you get harrassed at the door by all the homeless junkies loitering around the area. Kinda unsafe to shop here anymore.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. The attitude that Monique gave to her customers was horrible. Awful experience. She should not work customer service with the attitude she gave to all her customers. She was just flat out mean. I will avoid going to this dollar tree BC of her. I love my dollar tree. I shop in there almost on a daily basis. Usually I even chit chat with employees BC they see me so much I'm a regular. I will drive the extra 2miles to go to the other location.

I, absolutely, love this store! There are, just, so many things you can purchase for, only, a dollar...and many of the items are unique, things you won't find anywhere else! Store is, always, clean and staff is, always, friendly...

It seems like it's a female only place of work . They say their hiring but they have no idea. Who is actually getting this job but people. They know this is the second time if not third time applying for this job and well this location only seems to want females. I'm Soo tired of applying for dollar tree /family dollar

Worst manager ever!! I saw the manager raising her voice to a customer who politely asked if anther lane for check out could be opened the lane was bank up down 2 different isles. The manager was loud and very rude!! The manager also loudly said go ahead call corp thru won't do anything to me!! WOW!! I ain't be shipping at this store until this woman is FIRED!! She had no reason to be so loud, nasty and downright rude!!

I love shopping at Dollar Tree. I'm a comparison shopper. I go to Walmart which in our area is right next to the Dollar Tree. The other day I was in Walmart wanting to pick up Cocoa mix. Swiss Miss is $4.98 for a 10 pack. Now, I know I can do better than that price wise at Dollar Tree. After my shopping was done at Walmart, I walked over to Dollar Tree and found that same box of Swiss Miss Cocoa mix for $1. Same box, same manufacturer, not expired. That's just one example. And one of the things that I really get excited about is the fact that they have a cooler/freezer at the back of the store. I can get quick heat meals for $1 each, as well as individual ice cream bars, a five pack of Frozen cream puffs, individual chicken patties on a roll that are frozen, packs of Polish kielbasa in the cooler section and many more items. As far as I'm concerned, if you don't have to worry about how much money you have to spend, then go waste your money at Walmart. But I'm a 77-year-old widow on Social Security widow's pension and I have to be very careful where and how I spend my money. I will continue to go to Walmart for things that give me good value for my money, and I will continue to go to Dollar Tree to help me stretch my dollar even further.

It was pretty good, better than other times I've been there! There were a lot of empty shelves, but overall it was organized, which is new for this store, usually it is a mess with boxes laying around in every isle. The manager here also has a major attitude problem, she is never in a good mood. The person that helped me today was very friendly and had a big smile on her face. Overall I like this place, they just need to be better at organizing.

The store is great,but never enough cashiers . Twice I had to but my items and had too walk out. The cashiers there are nice but not enough of them. I agree the manager is lazy. She always waits until the supper long line gets short until before coming out of the office to help the 1 cashier.Thumbs up to the cashiers and the the store .Thumbs down too manager assistance .
