Best auto parts store in Janesville, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

They took a lot longer than they used to, and they didn't do as much for the price, they didn't even vacuum the car like they used to. On my receipt it said I declined the vacuum and fluid checks were not applicable. ~Juanita

The only parts store I was treated well in the entire area. I felt like the employees were wanting to earn my business rather than be dismissive like the competition. The only parts store ill be shopping regardless of price. ~Jean-Paul

Went there with a friend to pick up parts that he spentseveral hours making sure they had the parts. Then when we get there with old calipers for CORE exchange. The order was not complete and we had to go to another A.Z. across town. So make sure you get the name of the person who is supposedly helping you. Of course they didn't want to call employee to find out why. Or if it was somewhere else. They did call the other store to confirm they had what we needed. ~Michael
