Went there with a friend to pick up parts that he spentseveral hours making sure they had the parts. Then when we get there with old calipers for CORE exchange. The order was not complete and we had to go to another A.Z. across town. So make sure you get the name of the person who is supposedly helping you. Of course they didn't want to call employee to find out why. Or if it was somewhere else. They did call the other store to confirm they had what we needed.

Nothing special. Auto one reached out to me, I totally don't mean this as a negitive! They rang me up, they are friendly, and everything was there that I needed. It just wasn't special is all! Love me some autozone.

Just went in today and had bought a headlight here for my Ford Escape about a week ago. I was having a hard time installing it, felt like it been corroded or possibly factory sealed. Was amazed the guy helped me install it immediately. It took a while but he kept at it and saved me a bunch of money from having to take it a shop. I will definitely be back!

Went in to get some items and the guy there didn’t catch his name was so nice and welcoming. Changed out my windshield wipers and didn’t mind my nervous small talk.

I called them up to ask a question, these guys, Tyler specifically, took the time to break out the Chilton manual, took a picture of it and texted it to me. Just so I had it right. Way above and beyond. Good people, they care about you and your car, a rarity these days. Do yourself the favor and stop in, see the team, get what you need, you won't regret the trip.

The store is starting to look very run down and staff has slowly been more and more unprofessional. I will say they're very eager to help which is nice. They also rent out tools which is nice and I highly recommend the rewards program if you're a repeat customer. It certainly saves money.
